By I far the best experience with a hotel I’ve ever had. Let me start by telling you about the room. It was on the 13th floor with a beautiful view, a super comfortable bed and a nice bathtub.

I order room service on the last night, asked for salmon with veggie and pure, it was delicious and brought to my room super fast.

The hotel has an afternoon service of coffee or tea and bites for everyone that’s staying, completely free.

The breakfast was an amazing spread of fruits, cereals, bake goods, eggs, meat nicely cooked, good coffee, juice and more.

It is a environmentally friendly hotel, however there wasn’t a recyclable bin in the room, the towels you can and are encouraged to reuse. I love that.

The staff spoke Portuguese and English, they were super friendly, polite and respectful.

Good hotel and room sizes are big.
Staff is available 24* 7 and can certain reception Staff can speak both English as well as Portuguese.
Locality is safe and a lot of good restaurants, grocery stores and other daily stores nearby.

The hotel is incredible, all the people that works at the hotel are very gentle and happy. The room is another thing awsome in this place, such as the restaurant.
