Grand Palladium Imbassaí Resort & Spa

It was really amazing! The food was incredible, great representation of Japanese culture + some local elements to make it perfect.

I loved Naeli, our server, too she was very attentive and on us at all times.

Such a nice and family friendly resort. The facilities are clean and all in great distance to each other. We especially liked the service at Bahia & Brasa! The food was really good, we could have all sorts of meat, fresh from the grill. Our guy Perticels served us very well! Extremely attentive and nice. We enjoyed it very much!

We were here for a whole week on our honey moon, everything was amazing, and everyone we talked to was so friendly and helpful.
Our first night we went for some drinks at the bar Bossa Nova, Natiele was fun, kind, and she recommended some drinks to try, specifically the Sunset Martini, which our bartender Gemerson expertly prepared multiple times for us, so delicious!
For breakfast we went to Agda, and it can get full at the peak around 9, so I t can be hard to get a table or coffee, but Parizia made sure that we were very well taken care of.
Whenever we went to O Segredo, it was always a pleasure to see Nicolas, and it was really nice for me to have someone to speak English with haha.
At Portofino, Prata and Rose made us feel like guests of honor, with Prata going above and beyond to make our dinners memorable.
For our last breakfast, we thought it would be funny to go try the Hamburger at Extra Time at 5am, and wow, it was unironically one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time.

There is way too much to say about the food, the rooms, the service, the activities. You cannot go wrong choosing to stay here. Loved every minute, even the inevitable sunburn from enjoying the wonderful beach haha

The food was amazing I love it here, my wife Ingrid we’re very happy with the service and especially from from parizia the waiter. She is very sweet. The drinks are great and the bartenders are very skilled. Humble and caring staff. Some of the staff speak very good English especially the waiter Nicholas

We had a incredible time at Grand Palladium, all the meals we had on Agda Restaurant were just amazing. Many options, many new flavours, I was feeling in heaven! Thank you Parizia, for being so kind with us.

The resort is stunning. The rooms are very nice. The pool is beautiful and pool dance classes were a blast. The beach and water of are also very beautiful. We had wonderful food and service at all of the restaurants. Parízia & Pedro were very nice and helpful and the Evaldo is a great chef.

We had a great time at the grand palladium. It’s great for families and the beach is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. The best thing about the hotel is the staff, especially In one of their Restaurants Bahia e Brasa. Big Shout out and thanks to Pericles for arranging a last minute birthday surprise for my aunts 50th birthday.

Sumptuori restaurant (japanesse food) is beyond amazing. Highly recommended. Service is great, and the food is outstanding. By far, the best experiencie within the Grand Palladium Imbassai hotel.

sports bar is absolutely awesome. Great food, freshly made, excellent service (Flavia was super helpful, and always smiling!) they even played the baseball match for me on the big screen. best place in grand Palladium

The hotel is amazing! The staff is lovely and always helpful. The facilities are amazing, great service and the area of the hotel itself is big enough for you not to bump into other guests, therefore you don’t feel like you are in a crowded place at all. It’s a great opportunity to connect with nature in every corner of the hotel. Great for families and also great for groups of friends who are looking for some time off!
I will come back to this hotel chain for sure!

We had a blast most of the time, specially dining at Bahía e Brasas, Luciano, Josmar, Josel and the whole team made sure we felt welcome everytime we sat down at their restaurant.

Dener (manager) and Josemar were excellent hosts and servers at Bahia e Brasia (churrascaría). Would recommend this entire venue in general but we had an exceptional experience at this authentic Brazilian steakhouse (my first one ever!). The kindness, hospitality, and generosity of these amazing people go far beyond what this review can say. Thank you for such an incredible experience! Can’t wait to come back!

We tried Sumptuori on another night and Cleyton was an exceptional manager and attended to all our needs. I think the sushi sledtion could have been better but otherwise outstanding service. The dessert menu stood out the best to me and my family.

we went to the resort for a friend's bday, 13 ppl which was a lot to manage but everyone in the staff was so amazing. We got the Signature upgrade, great decision. We got all our rooms in the same building right next to the Signature pool (that had food and drinks) concierge service for restaurant reservations and transfer to Praia Du Forte was great, also when we needed late check out, spa reservations and others. Resort is not huge but is very beautiful, the beach is amazing and the service at the beach was also great. I have nothing but good memories of the vacations there.
My only comment would be the food and service at the Poseidon restaurant didn't stand to the standards of the rest. I would check what's going on there so that it doesn't cloud the overall experience. We didn't really care much but other might.

Excellence. The place itself is amazing, always clean and the staff is so kind.
But what made me feel like home was the effort they put into helping people with food intolerances (lactose, gluten,and every specific need). You allow people to travel again and feel safe with their health

This has been such an amazing service, with amazing people and amazing staff members. Every single time we come in the signature level lounge Bossa Nova we were greeted very well, taken cared of from the moment that we walked in until the moment that we walked out. Love this place so much that we visited every day. Flavia was our waitress. She always carried a smile on her face. She is super kind, patient and personable. Thank you so much for all you have done for us.
