Amazing place to stay while you are in Mata de Joao area. It is close to the main beach called Praia do Forte. It takes by car around 18 min to get in Praia do Forte.

Iberostar is very well organized and secure. It took us around 20 min to get in because the responsible to send the booking information forgot about it. Besides that, everything was perfect.

The structure is huge. We stayed in the apartment area. Each two apartments buildings there was a pool.
There is a gym for the guests in apartment and the other one for the hotel guests.

There is an access to the beach kind of exclusive for the ones that are in this environment.

I'm ready to come back already! I had a great time there!

Fantastic staff, very friendly and helpful! I loved the people here! Took two day trips that were recommended and had a wonderful time. The entertainment staff were patient and knowledgeable, the front desk quick and helpful, the bartenders were good, and the servers friendly. Great food and great people

My wife and I stayed at this property for a week. The room was beautiful and clean. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is extremely helpful, polite and courteous. The food and drinks in the restaurants and bars is amazing. We were surprised to find there is a clinic on the property as well. We are already planning a trip back.

This place was great because the service that everyone provided was top notch. The restaurants were wonderful with more options than we could sample! The only reason I marked 4 stars for the room was a lack of elevators. Our room was clean, comfortable and attractive.

Beautiful hotel, excellent gym. The only aspects that could improve are accessibility (there is no elevator, thus they should be more careful if the person can climb stairs to go to the room) and a heated pool for raining days. The most outstanding aspect is the staff, all very gentle and well trained. They have gluten free options in all restaurants, limited options in some of them. The best restaurants are the Mediterranean and the Steakhouse.

Fabulous experience! Amazing accomodations with a 24h smiley service. Shows at the pool, all inclusive, great meals, thematic restaurant and for me, first experience playing golf. Awesome! Highly recommend!

My holiday was perfect, the service is excellent and the food very tasty. The staff is kind and always asking if you need anything else. COVID protocols everywhere, made me feel safe.

I really enjoyed the Japanese restaurant it was the best part of my trip! the attentiveness provided by the staff was perfect, Joanice was flawless she took care of us amazingly and enhanced this culinary experience.

beautiful place to visit. People really nice. The resort is working with reduced people and they are working too hard to attend us and this is not fair for them. Sometimes in some restaurants or bars they are woeking in two or three to serve a lot of people. They are working like superman. I recommend the place to visit

Exceptional, even during this pandemia. A lot of procedures were adopted as social distancing, masks wearing and splitting events making our stay safer. Top services and all inclusive let us only relax and enjoy.

Absolutely amazing place great service great food great people. Swimming pool with lots of activities for adults and children alike. The children “day care” camp is just amazing, kids love the activities.
The food, oh my god, the food all around is simply Chef like. All fresh, great taste fruits, salads, meat, chicken. Breakfast, lunch , dinner and snack are served in the main restaurant. Dinner has 4 theme based restaurants to choose from with reservations. Japanese “Benny Hannah “ like, Italian , churrascaria. For non meat eaters though the fish selection is great for shellfish , however very few if any salmon , no bass , no halibut or the likes.
You can choose from 2 main areas with mammoth architectural designer swimming pool side by side to the beach. The beach is nice had a few too many algae’s but all in all great service there as well.
And the drinks including alcohol drinks are all included oh my.... amazing

First of all... this is a 10 star resort...awesome awesome ...A...WESOME!!!

Here is the critics

1. You need to improve the check-in. Waay slow...even from Bahia
2. Beach Services lack of someone serving drinks
3. Beach services need to improve the beach service chairs. No reason to make guest wait for someone to set umbrella and chair.IT SHOULD BE READY!

I want to.point a few good things

1. The ecoturismo with the scooter was reaaaally good. My tour guy Amauri has lots of knowledge on the local fandtions and was super friendly. I had awesome time.
2. The pool activities were fun and really good
3. The buffet service and friendless was outstanding

Will come backup here again for sure

El colonial restaurant. French cuisine delicious. We have had two very good meals here accompanied by a great sommelier named Wendell. The food is tres bon and we have no complaints.

Excellent everything! We spent Christimas and the dinner was unbelievable. Everything soberb. Really impressed! Staff is extremely kind, all of them! Special thanks to Josefa.

Excellent resort! Great restaurants, bars and hotel services. Beautiful view with a beach on the side. It also has a playground for the kids and activities every night.

Excellent place! Not for spoiled Americans or Brits who always find reason to complain. Enjoy the place and above all being amongst Brazilians and away from typical cheap and nasty places europeans lile to go to.

Great hotel for a long stay or weekend getaway. Excellent all inclusive system, all day food , beverages and drinks as much as you can have! Great staff and hotel very week maintained...highly recommended
