Meliá Jardim Europa

My experience at the Melia Jardim Europa Hotel in São Paulo was positive. The rooms were spacious and provided ample space for a comfortable stay. However, the bathrooms could benefit from renovation, as they were in need of some updating.

The staff was exceptionally courteous and hospitable, creating a positive atmosphere during my stay. The breakfast was very enjoyable and diverse, offering a pleasant start to the day.

Overall, despite the need for bathroom renovations, I had a pleasant stay at the Melia Jardim Europa Hotel thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and helpfulness of the staff.

Outstanding service, we were happily surprised with the professionalism and commitment of the staff. The rooms are comfortable, great views and excellent service. The kitchen is talented, by far one of the best things about this hotel, absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed the amenities and relaxed, we will come back soon.

The staff was incredibly nice and very helpful. I was very sick when I arrived and they helped me get a taxi to the hospital and even offered to go across the street and pick up my prescriptions for me. I have never experienced this type of amazing service. The room was clean, the view was great, the food was delicious, the aesthetics of the hotel was beautiful. This was truly one of my favorite hotel experiences. I wish all hotels were like this!

This hotel is perfectly located in a very nice part of São Paulo. The staff is excellent. They make you feel right at home. The friendly security, doormen, front desk workers, and Rodrigo at the bar were amazing. The room was clean and very nice. This is the place to stay- close to great restaurants, shopping, and bars. It has a small but nice pool on the roof.

Surprisingly comfortable hotel! The bed was fantastic, quiet rooms, shower has good pressure and consistent hot water - not sure what else you could need. Very friendly staff and breakfast is tasty. I will definitely return here.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now for business and it has been great each time. The neighbourhood feels safe to walk around in, even at night, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby.
I have also ordered the room service quite often and thw food has been great, especially the steaks.

Hôtel is well located. Rooms are large and clean. Would need a refresh but was more than acceptable. Restaurant is good, but you will find outside more lively one. The fitness center has a terrific view

Recommend for foreign visitors. Very nice 4 star hotel in a great location. Safe and upscale neighborhood, plenty of local restaurants & bars. Fully staffed by well trained professionalsprofessionals, fluent in English & Spanish. Electrical outlets are US/Brasil combination universal, 110V. Great breakfast. Trendy lobby and upscale bar. Nice rooms, fully equipped.

We were in Sao Paulo and just completed our stay at The Melia Jardin Europa Hotel during our JW "Love Never Fails" International Convention 2019. This hotel was fantastic, great location, safe and easy access to restaurants, and shopping, and Uber. The hotel staff is Excellent, very friendly and attentive. They made every effort to make us comfortable and enjoy our 7 night stay. The room was clean and we stayed on the Green Level, we loved it! Comfortable king size bed and good ammenities. Great city view. They served a fantastic breakfast, it was delicious, with many choices. Loved the coconut yoghurt, and fresh Brazilian coffee! Everything was prompt and they were attentive to detail! Hotel is beautiful, elegant, nice size and has a spectacular rooftop view! Highly recommend!!!

When I travel alone, I stay in simple hotels near our office. When travelling with colleagues I stay here. Great location in terms of safety, restaurants, and nearby shopping. The staff all speak fluent English, the wall outlets can accept North or South American power, the gym is adequate, but the rooftop view is unbelievable. A little pricey, but the cost is worth it if you are new to Sao Paulo.

The hotel was clean, safe, and modern. Hotel and bar staff were very friendly and offered advice on activities for out short stop in Sao Paulo (they also spoke English which was a big plus). Would recommend.

The ambiance of the Meliá Jardim Europa Hotel São Paulo, Brazil is professional, safe and very clean. The rooms are decorated nicely. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel breakfast is very good with a nice variety of fresh, tasty items on the breakfast buffet. There is a great view of the city from the rooftop of the hotel. Nice gym and swimming pool. The staff is very professional. They took very good care of all of our needs and we could tell the staff takes pride and genuinely enjoy performing their jobs. Although, Portuguese is their first language, the staff at the front desk used very good English, although English is their second language. The hotel is in a safe neighborhood. There are also a number of nice restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Additionally, there is a supermarket and drug store within walking distance of the hotel.

I think the location is one of the most cool locations in São Paulo, I love Itaim! (Parking in the street is almost impossible, you have to find some parking lot). The service is awesome!!! Congratulations for everything!

Staff speaks English. Breakfast very good. Servers at breakfast very polite. Rooms were clean and quiet. Assistance very prompt.
