Nice park to play tennis, soccer,volleyball and there is a special place to skateboard. You can use your bike in all the park, your dog is welcome too and if you like history, this place was a prison.

Beautiful open space green area. The museum and Carandiru prison are worth the visit.

Beautiful and quiet place to take a walk or just lay on the grass and watch the sky, have Circus and workout area as well as spots to play tennis, football, basketball, skating....

It's a nice place right now it used to be a large famous jail in which many people died
You must pay attention where you're going in this park because there's a nearby slum and the boys from there steal from people that have good smartphone tablet or laptop.
Take care avoid being by yourself at any corner otherwise you might get mugged

It's possible play tennis here and basketball too.

Parque da Juventude has wide open landscape that makes a stark contrast from the high walls that surround it, reminiscent of the former prison Carandiru, that once occupied the site. Modern architecture and graffiti add colour and life to the park.

Very nice place to hang out, go with the family and have a good time. Clean, safe and beautiful with some history.

Great place for a walk or for picnics. Quite historical too, since it's on the ground of the legendary Carandiru jail.
