Large museum with a varied display. The curation was fantastic with lots of different works. There is a rooftop bar for good views across the city and a nice coffee shop on the ground floor.

Love that it is free to all and the art exhibits rotate frequently. Convenient lockers to put your stuff at the entrance helps you be unencumbered. Cafes on the mezzanine and the rooftop make it a great spot to soak in the city and the art. The building is nice architecture as well. Next time I plan to take the bridge that connects it to the park.

A nice museum with very diverse exhibits. I especially liked the room with Brazilian Art Decó pieces from the early twentieth century. One of the floors was closed off when I visited. Free entry on Sundays!

Great place to do a quick walkthrough. Normal not places I go .. but did find a few things eye catching. Also cafe inside you can grab a coffee or a drink. The best part was the roof open roof top. We got to see an amazing view of the city.

Photos from the last floor. Nice museum. Very well organized, clean, great AC, free entrance. Excellent value for money! I am unable to say anything about the art but seems good... Just across Ibirapuera park... A great place to walk, skate, enjoy. Excellent option for a day out.

Great museum with varied exhibitions. Has great viewers of the city from the rooftop and a fancy restaurant on the top floor. I’d imagine it’s a great place to see the sunset.

Free entrance and a 360 view of the city. Two stories were closed when we visited, with exhibits being prepared for the following months and the place was almost empty as it was a Wednesday. I really recommend it.
The coffee place at the mezanine level was very cozy, we enjoyed our coffee break there.

This place is a MUST! There're six floors of exhibition and in the 7th floor you'll find a panoramic view of the city. Staff were all very friendly, the place is very quiet, at least on a Thursday afternoon when I went, so you can take your time and enjoy the art, view and coffe/restaurant. If you go with a bit more time, you can just cross the road and enjoy a walk at Ibirapuera Park.

fantastic museum, filled with both temporary and permanent exhibitions inside a classic modernist building.

after your tour, don't miss the viewpoint with fantastic views of the ibirapuera park (perfect for sunset!): just take the elevator to the 8th floor and enjoy it!

The view is very nice on a sunny day from the top, but remember you wear sun glasses, you can't take your bag with you

A hidden gem located next to Ibirapuera Park. Not quite as in the limelight as the more centrally located museums. It is still a must see museum for art lovers of any age. Containing an absolutely stunning amount of works, you cannot miss this location. The free viewing deck on the too floor is fantastic and provides panoramic views of both the city and surrounding neighborhoods. Packed with art from the 1st floor to the 8th, just wandering around will take you quite some time. Free admission and lockers near the entrance combined with the serene peace from the extremely few visitors makes this my #1 favorite art location in the Sao Paulo area.

…………There are loads of free parking on the grounds of this museum and on top of it there are manned security gates. When we visited here it was a public holiday in Sao Paulo so it was very full. The building is modern and very big and nice. Lots of contemporary art to see although not been art experts we enjoyed what was on display most-lii sculptures of one or other sorts. The children visiting here today real-lii enjoy the giant size furry cat on display on the ground floor. There is a big restaurant inside the museum on the mezzanine floor and a bigger one in the center of the top floor. There are about seven floors of different art exhibitions taking place at one time but our time was limited so we just walk up two floors and took the left to the eight floor the top of the building. The panoramic-views which are to be observed here on the top of the buildings out-look areas north, south, east and west are just awesome and breathtaking-lii beautiful, the city below with it’s free-way networks, the tall buildings all to one side of Sao Paulo, the obelisk in the distance and also the Ibirapuera Park all 158 hectares. This is a must visit venue when in Sao Paulo. Most local guides will bring you here and if you are on your own make a point of coming around here and spend enough time to try to see everything and entree is free of charge………….
