Friendly, safe, clean, comfortable, centrally located, affordable. Great value. Thanks to the reception staff, Paulo Gilberto, Rafael Castro, and Debora Pocinelli; in addition, the fifth floor, house keeping lady. If you come to Porto Alegre, stay at the Ritter!

Simple rooms, nice to a short stay. Amazing breakfast options and very nice and helpful staff. Does provide shampoo and soap in the bathrooms, highly recommend for a 1 or 2 night stay.

Every thing I needed was provided, even though the building is old, the bedroom, the staff and the structure, meals included was very good. It's been a very good experience.
