I must say, the location is simply amazing. It offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and area. Nayara Alto Atacama offer their own tours and they are just amazing. The tour guides here are knowledgeable about the region, which enhanced my experience.

The food at the hotel's restaurant was outstanding, and I thoroughly enjoyed every meal. The staff was friendly, although I did notice some issues with organization during my stay.

Despite the minor organizational hiccups, I would still highly recommend the Hotel Nayara Alto Atacama for its beautiful location, knowledgeable tour guides, friendly staff and delicious food. It's a great choice for travelers looking to explore this outstanding region.

A perfect experience from start to finish.
Every day a new adventure awaits, mountain bike riding, hiking, exploring the stars, floating in salt lagoon, sunset cheese and wine in the desert - and each and every time amazing staff made you feel welcomed.
The rooms were a lovely twist on traditional styles, I especially loved my room having an outdoor shower. The multiple pools, spaces and places across the hotel are very well done - dinner outside with an open fire, on terrace overlooking the mountains all very well done.
Contrary to some reviews, I found the wifi to be excellent and worked while here including video calls, service almost perfect, and the team very lovely. Me attempting poor Spanish was well received, however everyone speaks perfect English.
The meals were amazing, beautiful salads, (not sure what the reviews by vegetarians were complaining about as there were ample veg and vegan options) and great wines. I am genuinely struggling to find fault in the hotel, and the staff are so warm, attentive and kind. Whether adventure or explorative, the daily excursions suit everyone

This is a singularly unique hotel and spa experience at an oasis within one of the driest places on earth. Their shuttle picked up our party of five and a family of three at the Calama airport and drove us 90 km to the resort just outside of San Pedro de Atacama. We were greeted at the entry, provided an orientation of excursions and the property's amenities, and escorted to our rooms. The meals and service have been exceptional utilizing local an on-site produce. I am looking forward to using one of six pools here. I may even avail myself of the full service spa and sauna. I'm sure the choice will come to me as I relax and meditate at the grotto or the poet's circle...

Nayara Atacama is everything you can expect, and more. Honestly I don't even know where to start... the location? the staff? the food? the pool area? the rooms and views? or... the many excursions on offer with outstanding guides!!!

This place is an absolute paradise in the middle of the desert, there is nowhere else I would stay in San Pedro de Atacama. If you are travelling with a toddler or kid, make sure to ask if Monica is available, she was so amazing with our daughter which allowed us to do many activities, romantic dinners & enjoy the pool side.

Nayara is a leading hotel of the world for thousands of reasons. We even ended up extending an extra night which we've never done before.

Beautiful hotel just outside of San Pedro de Atacama. The design of the hotel fits in perfectly with the natural surroundings and you can enjoy the fabulous views from your private terrace as well as the several public areas on the property. Rather than having one large pool, there are a number of small pools, which means extra privacy. The excursions and guides are top notch. The food was all beautifully presented and delicious. There also several fire pits to relax by after dinner. We stayed in one of the Quitor rooms and found it spacious and comfortable.

If I could rate this place 6 stars I would. I can't praise it enough and it will remain a highlight of our holiday forever! A truly amazing and enjoyable experience. Incredibly high standard of service, friendly and always with a smile. Helpful and knowledgeable guides, amazing excursions, fantastic food, beautiful setting, what more can I add but a huge thankyou to all the staff and we hope to be able to visit you again soon. very nice place about 10 minutes drive from center. Nice rooms and perfect service including intetesting tours around area. Lamas at yards gives nice extra flavor to resort.
