Guest House Klepalski

Nice and quiet room with shared bathroom, very good breakfast delivered to the doorstep. Wanted to go up to the mountain but their was a massive downpour, so we stayed on the roofed balcony to enjoy the rain.

Highly recommend! Hosts were incredibly helpful and provided us with all we needed during then holiday; transfer from the airport, ski equipment and ski lessons.
Room was spotlessly clean and warm. Freshly made breakfast was also available and was delivered to the room. Would definitely stay again!

Today I booked a room on there and it turned out I was wrong in the location and it was not possible to fulfill the reservation.
I called the reception and received an amazing and considerate treatment and although the cancellation policy did not include a refund, the receptionist went towards me, cancel the order and I received a full refund in spite of everything.
I have not been to this guest house which looks wonderful in the pictures but they get 5 stars from me for service above and beyond.

Super przyjazna i pomocna obsługa, a pokoje mają wszystko, co trzeba (poza kuchnią) oraz, co miłe, bardzo wygodne materace w łóżkach. Zjeść własny posiłek można sobie na werandzie, w altanie lub w ogrodzie :) Woda z kranu jest pitna i można ją śmiało zatankować na górską wędrówkę lub w dalszą podróż. Szlakiem czerwonym w jeden dzień latem zdobędziesz stąd Musałę i zejdziesz. Jest czysto, jest szybkie wifi, jest las dookoła, jest super. Polecam to miejsce!

Много приветливи и лъчезарни домакини. Мястото е красиво и чисто, има прекрасни кътчета за отдих и релакс. Тихо и романтично, оградено от високи борове и чуруликане на птички. Стаите са чисти, предоставени са условия за конфорт. Благодаря за създадения уют и настроение!
