One of my best vacations with my kid.

I have visited the hotel multiple times. Everything is great - pools, entertainment, food, drinks. Also, the whole place is very, very clean.
Bravo to the whole management and personnel for the great work.

Rooms are very clean, and I love the rain shower in the bathroom. lovely resort, but more for people who like a 🏊‍♂

We had a wonderful stay here, the staff from the reception to the concierge, bar staff and cleaning staff were all top class! Nothing was too much trouble. The choices of food were enormous, and getting a taxi to visit Nesebar was seamless. We also took a shuttle bus to Pomorie, which was nice too. All in all, an incredibly luxurious holiday, great warm sea to swim in, a weird but pleasant salt pan to float in, a spa, about 10 pools to choose from, plenty for children to do, in fact the nightlife for the children was the best! Sad to leave. Highly recommended 👌

Still very happy with the room, food, and the pools.

Here are a few things that were not so great this time. When it was raining in the evening or wet outside, the show was cancelled and guests were left with nothing to do. It would be great to put on a kid movie in conference room or something like that.

The room cleaning service was not as good as years before. The cleaning lady was very friendly and tried her best. But she was all alone doing the work for the whole floor. Sometimes our room didn’t get cleaned even at 14:00, despite we pressed the cleaning button since early morning. Back in time the hotel hired more staff, and the cleaning ladies had more time to do thorough cleaning and make a nice little animal with towels.

The ventilation channel in the shower can smell awful sometimes. I don’t know why. The toilet doesn’t have this problem but the shower.

Anyway, hope the hotel will keep up the good work and be more considerate in details. Look forward to our next visits at Wave!

I have never stayed anywhere before which just ‘has it’. The staff are a family of friendly courteous people who are extremely proud and care about the amazing service that they provide with a smile 24/7. The food and drink is excellent. We spent the majority of our time when we weren’t sea sight seeing in the Beach Bar where the staff provided perfect drinks time and time again. Food excellent at breakfast, lunch and evening meal outside. Lots of pools in quiet quad and one on it infinity(adults only), also gym area. A stunning hotel, beautiful, clean & spacious rooms. Thank you so much.

Went here on a family gathering. The hotel entrance is kind of obscured and if you are coming from the north, you are far better taking the 3rd exit from the roundabout (route 9 and 6009 to Aheloy) than to follow Waze or Google maps. The parking lot is spacious and secure. Parking is free for the guests. Reception staff is polite and will check you in in a jiffy. Bell service is good. Food is served almost 24 hrs at various points in the main and auxiliary buildings so you will never go hungry. Most of the dishes are delicious and I can only compare it with the super all inclusive resorts in Turkey. There is animation for kids and adults - disco, water polo, yoga etc. Spa amenities are plentiful and the additional procedures (like mud baths) are not expensive. Overall this place is definitely on my go to list.

Best kids’ hotel in Bulgaria so far.

They serve different seafood everyday,the shrimps are big and fresh.
we had sushi on Saturday night,my daughter likes the sushi.
The soup station and smoothie station in the morning are very nice too.
The spaghetti in a cheese wheel is super delicious,a lot of carbs though.
Cakes/desert look nice too,but I didn’t try.
And fresh fruit throughout the whole day.
Kids’ club:5 stars
The animation world entertainment team are very nice too,kids enjoyed a lot.
Swimming Pool + water slides + private beach are well organised and very clean.

The spa/sauna room is quite small.and with a smell.

They serve much better cocktails than other hotels in Bulgaria,but seems they put too much syrups/sugar,too sweet for me,

The gym is very big,with a lot of training machines,like a full size gym.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel in september. It was not crowded and the food is delicious (great choice from pizza and pasta to salads and grilled meat). The only down was cold water and splashes in kids water playground - many children started playing there only when the water splashes were off.
All in all I would much recommend this hotel for a stay with your little ones :)

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. Rooms very clean and spacious- we had the one with a private pool (totally worth the price!). Food amazing, drinks amazing, the place in general amazing!!!
I didn’t want to go back home 😂

Overall for a family holiday it was great, lots of eateries and drinks areas kept waiting times down and staff were generally good.

On site shop is reasonably priced for the odd chocolate fix and kids treats.

Areas were kept clean around hotel and pool.

Overall it's a good hotel

Negatives- only minor

May seem nit picky but the towels are small and as soft Brillo pads.

Bathroom area in room would benefit from actual doors rather than glass screens.

Indoor pool closed in June, which on one hand I understand but our ,7 month old needed a day or two out of the 30 degrees and this would have been a good place to keep him and us entertained (August heat)

Chef needs to reign in the use of gelatine in desserts

Wow. Amazing hotel. All inclusive ultra. Plenty of food and unlimited drinks and alcohol throughout the day including in the pools of which there is no end including a pool complex from the age of 16. Don't miss the pool complex with the rocks. Water slides for children and adults. A clean, tidy and pleasant beach, especially at sunset. An alcohol bar also near the beach creates an atmosphere of a pampering resort like in Thailand.
The only minus is the distance of the hotel from Borges Pomorie and Sunny Beach - but not something that a taxi can't solve.
Highly recommended.
A wonderful vacation with the children and the rooms on the entrance floor (rooms for four) are just as amazing.

Great relaxing week at The Wave Resort. The food was amazing from duck to veal and sushi to prawns and great drinks, the barstaff serve well made drinks quickly and don't skimp on the shot size.
The Black Sea is warm and shallow it's great for every age, all said I would return again for sure it's a perfect chill out hotel.

The people are very welcoming and nice.
The room is more then perfect to our family of 5 needs. Clean, has everything you can think of.
Food and drinks around the clock.
They have a price Beach.
Though there are a lot of people, it is quite and you can find privacy.
Really recommend.
Great value for money

We had so much fun!
We spent a week in August and the weather was perfect. We enjoyed swimming pools, the beach, great food and restaurants. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. Very close to the Burgas airport. Hotel is children friendly although it has one small outside playground and can be loud at night.
2 things that are worth knowing, there is no separate bathroom space in the rooms. At least the two rooms we were in had open bathroom spaces not separated by doors or a wall. It's annoying if you have a sleeping child in the room because there is no way you can take a shower quietly.
Same with outside noise. Windows are not sound-proof so you can hear loud concerts/singing during the night. I think it was finally getting quiet outside around 11pm.
Overall, a very nice stay. Thank you!

I was here in One day pass - it's worth to visit. Tasty food and cocktails. Clean and tidy hotel area.

Great resort with amazing facilities and amenities. Food was very delicious and diverse, the SPA is a must! Rooms are very clean and nicely furnished. Can't event believe this is in Bulgaria! Keep up the good job!
