Sunset Aquapark Pomorie

Recently revisited this aquapark after our visit with smaller kids 5 years ago, and it's still a fantastic destination for a memorable day with kids. The park is in excellent condition and offers a lot of fun.

The good:
- The park provides a wide variety of slides tailored to different levels of thrill-seekers. The Typhoon tunnel and Tornado slide remained standout attractions for us.
- They've transitioned from prepaying for food using the tag to accepting card or cash payments, which simplifies the process of grabbing a quick bite.
- Keep an eye on their website for special online discounts, which could save you up to 25% on the entrance fee.

What could be better?
- Food options are somewhat limited, leaning towards fast food, fizzy drinks, alcoholic beverages and coffee. Keep in mind that prices can be a bit on the higher side.
- Toward the end of the day, the staff ran out of change, prompting me to pay by card.
- The restroom floors became slippery later in the day.
- While the park officially closes at 18:30, they start shutting off the slides half an hour before that.

To maximize slide time, arriving before noon is recommended to beat the queues. Overall, this aquapark remains an enjoyable choice for family fun, especially with strategic planning.

We were there on opening day, literally empty, so no queues.

Though there aren't that many slides to keep you occupied for a full day (10:00-18:30), it's definitely enough to excite the thrill-seekers as well as entertain the more calm guests. The burger and fries I ordered were nice, food and drink prices - acceptable (see pictures). Personnel was polite and friendly.

We had a really fun day today. We got half-day tickets online and it was sufficient as adults without children to try all the grown-up slides multiple times. We visited during the week so we did not have to wait for the slides at all. When we visited, the park was clean. The fact that the slides stopped working at 18 o'clock did not surprise us either since it was communicated on the website in advance.

Good variety of water slides, friendly staff.
Do recommend for the family weekend.

Visit it definitely. Suitable for families with children. We bought half day ticket at 60 percentage of the price, the visit start from 15:00 to 18:00. Most of the slides are restricted for children below 130 cm, and 2 of them are restricted below 150cm. There's a baby playground and lots of snacks bar. Price of the food and drinks are bit expensive and it's not allowed to bring food and drinks from outside. Overall lots of fun and water attractions.

Absolutely brilliant for kids! My daughter 4 years love it. Non stop activity, good food a bit over priced but.....

My family and I had a wonderful Time here. So many slides, there wasn't much queuing really either as there are so many slides to choose from. The toilets in the shower block were in desperate need of a clean though that's about my only fault with the place.

The best alternative to the sea. We visited this aqua park after nine days spent in Pomorie at seaside. Wonderful place for the families with kids, a lot of attractions, pretty fair prices, nice experience.

Perfect aquapark for families! Without lines, clean and pretty.
All the facilities are great for kids, not for teenagers.

Great place to spend whole day, great slides, almost no long queues, foods, ice-cream and drinks at reasonable prices , you can get huge burger and fries for 5 euros. Staff also nice and attentive.

What a brilliant water park! Thoroughly enjoyed our day out here. Very glad that we decided to go to this one: it was only 40lev entrance and we didn't stand in a queue for more than 5 minutes all day. On a lot of the slides there was no queue at all. There was a super range of slides - from play areas for the tiddlies to rather scary drop slides for the thrill seekers. Once through the door, you load money into your bracelet. A safe costs 5 Lev and is found in the souvenir shop. Restaurant is good value and serves tasty food: burger and fries 10lev, meatballs and fries 8lev. Plenty of sunbeds/seats/parasols for everyone. Most customers were Bulgarian, which I took as a good sign for the local seal of approval. Would come back without any hesitation - recommend it to everyone. 😁🌟

Nice for families with children. Easy free parking. Free wifi. Not many people even in high season - do not have to wait for water slides. Friendly staff.

I had an amazing time in this waterpark. There are around 25 different slides and they are all really fun to try out. For kids there are special arias with small slides and 20 cm pools. The staff is really nice and helps. There is a bar/restaurant with actually fresh fast food ish meals. 30 lv is the perfect price for 8 hours of this experience. Try it if you have the time.

Great time here. Easy to get to from our hotel and access was included in our stay. Again the drinks were not very good but the park was.

Good value to break up a day in Pomorie. Easy to get on the slides as not crowded Monday with a few good black runs. Well staffed and smart wrist bands are great idea so no cash needed once you have entered the swimming areas.
Kids loved it.

Very nice all inclusive hotel, with an amazing waterpark. Very fun for the whole family. Food service good, although the menu for hotel guests is a bit small.
