Incredible atmosphere, incredible views and spectacular event nights! The Italian pizzeria serves top quality italian dishes and the BBQ restaurant has some of the best grilled meat you can get in the town for those prices. A very relaxing and chill atmosphere with the option of partying for all ages. A hard recommendation for families, couples and solo travelers.

Great hotel complex. Helpful and professional staff. Generous breakfast buffet,very big -clean 2 bedroom apartment. I find the beds hard but no one else had a problem in my group.

At the Hotel Emerald, guests can enjoy a range of facilities including 3 restaurants serving high-quality cuisine, elegant lobby and night sky bars with unbelievable seaside view, very reasonable prices and DJ disco parties, 4 outdoor swimming pools, a warm and clean indoor swimming pool, a nice fitness centre, and an amazing SPA and wellness centre. For business travellers, there are also conference rooms and business amenities available.
The hotel's great location offers very easy access to many attractions, such as the old historic town Nesebar, a world popular Sunny Beach resort, St Vlas town, 2 huge aqua parks and a big town Burgas with its airport - 20 min driving or by a bus. Guests can also take advantage of the nearby amazing beach with gold sands (2 min walking from the hotel) or explore the charming streets of the small town Ravda.
I can definitely recommend this hotel for short or long family holiday and come back next year with a big pleasure!

Great spa service, amazing pools, great rooms, close to the beach (do not recommend the beach nearby, there are better ones). Really huge complex, you could easily get lost in it 😁 overall great experience, I will be coming back.

Great place, vary good location, 3 min to the sea. Nice rooms. Quiet, great pools, nice service. Breath taking view.

Great place to relax, with many activites, places to eat as well as a few pools, both in and outdoor.

Clean and spacious. Indoor pool heated during summer, it's perfect for cold days. Outdoor pools are also nice. The all inclusive which was not as expected, there is no milk for the coffee! Missing fruits and no icecream. Otherwise the food is very tasty.
There is no kids play area free of charge. The staff is polite and friendly, all of them with exception of one lady in the lobby bar, she was constantly uninterested and nervous.

Very nice place with huge pool, good service at the restaurants and decent rooms. The only downside is the beach - it is small and crowded with almost no free zone. The distance to the next good beach is big and you have to go with a car.

I liked this place, big comfy apartments that are perfect for families. It has a great heated pool and it's close to the beach. I didn't try the food though

Very good place for a vacation, all the apartaments are big, there are 4 pools which you can use (3 of them are heated), staff was very helpful with everything. Overall we had a great stay there.
