Amazing place! From food to cleaning and to the spa , everything is excellent
I was in other hotels in Bulgaria, but by far this is one of the best.
It’s also good value for money

Love this place it is amazing place to spend the day with kids. The place has around 14 pools for baby's and for adults. Also sauna with amazing view towards black sea, cryotherapy and cryocamera, massage, relaxing zone, bars, buffet, lockers, all swimming pools are heated and this is amazing. Clean and mentained at highest quality. Parking is within metres. Family ticket is the best value. Sunbeds are nice and comfy.

Went to the Aquahouse for a daytrip and I enjoyed it so much!
It’s super clean, the water felt so good and the saunas and steam baths were all included which is amazing for the price!
Unfortunately one pool was being renovated but that didn’t change much of the quality of this place! I regret not spending more time here since this was such a nice treat!!

An impressive spa complex on the Black Sea coast with outdoor and indoor pools. built on the site of an old Soviet radon source. 40 degrees Celsius pool outdoor is especially amazing in the cold season.

Highly recommended. Definitely go for the thermal entry (including pool access) if you want to relax without young kids running around. Go there before 11:30 am for a discounted entry rate. We stayed for about three hours and felt rejuvenated. One can always choose the 3 hr entry, and if you decide to stay longer, the entry fee will reflect the all-day rate. Drinks here are reasonable but not as good as at a regular bar. The staff is friendly and helpful. Bring flip-flops (a must). If you want to swim in the lap pool, bring goggles and swim caps. Towers are included in the thermal entry. We also tried the cryogenic service - quit pricy at 66 leva for 3 mins..but that’s significantly cheaper than in the US.

Top location on seaside. Small beach accessible from within the complex, but the staff should clean it at least once a season, il looks that they haven't done so in a while. Nice big sauna accessible from the aqua area. Great restaurant preparing great dishes at really reasonable prices. Very friendly staff. The massages are good and inexpensive. Always a pleasant visit.

Unique place for rest! It very good maintained- swimming pools, changing rooms, showers, toilets.., the staff is very polite and helpful. The water is nice and warm. There is a few warm mineral swimming pools, and a few with hot water. It is a pleasure to swim in the hot water outside when the weather is cold ot when it is raining like the day we visited it . The space is enough, there ire a lot of beds, tables, sofas etc. There is a bar and restaurant with normal prices for this kind of place. There are very good saunas, hamam and other thermal rooms. There is kids area as well, play room and kids swimming pool.

Nice to see on a weekend. Warm water and nice atmosphere but a little to crowded.

I visited in December. It was not too crowded. As there are many pools, you have the feeling of space. I'd recommend and visit again.

If you are looking for a more relaxing experience than the one from the beach, this place has them all: jacuzzi, multiple swimming pools, sauna with a breathtaking view and a bar/food court. The only inconvenience might be the access. If you decide to come by car, you have to be careful because the parking lots are limited and there is also a zone which is restricted for the public (there are bareers that announce this but if you are not familiar with them, you might not see them and you might remain blocked on that alley). I had a great experience there and I recommend the place.

Amazing place! Cleanest water, several pools, thermal area, SPA, Finnish sauna, herbal bath, salt room, breathtaking view of the sea from the sauna's window! The price is not high at all for such an excellent place. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing. Fun for the whole family. Getting some rest in the hot pools during the winter is a blessing. The hotel is stunning and I would love to visit again next winter.

This is the best 365 days a year place to feel comfort and good service. I would say the only place where you wont get upset by something.

I’ve always been coming here for years this place never fails to impress, staff and service is great food is nice. I always have different treatments when I come and it never disappoint so professional and the best massage I’ve had especially the aromatherapy. The system of the wristband and lockers is amazing!

Very nice place to go with a lot of things to do. Have something for everybody big area and entertainment for children. Nice sauna area. Aswell nice massage Program! Its very nice to spend there time we really love it!

Great place to relax and enjoy the sun!

We absolutely loved the pool area and the spa. Didn ' t try the gym since we were on vacation but heard great stuffs about it as well. We are actually planning on going back in the winter.
They have cold, warm and hot pools, a few kiddie pools (great for when our baby grow up) great indoor and outdoor options plus sauna hot tub and salt room.
The ladies on the front desk are super nice and attentive. It is very clean and well maintained place to smim and relax.
We did not expect the food court to have such a great meal options but hey actually have healthy and fancy stuffs too, or fries - depend on what you wanna go for the day - healthy or not. The only minus was the service at the food court - yelling and personal conversations in front of the guests - so unprofessional! The young personel was not following the portion size rule or whatever they had, since we ordered the same thing but got different amount every time.

Overall we had great experience and will come back!
