Ensana Aquahouse Health Spa Hotel

This is the hotel to stay at for pleasure. The place is a gem with its perfect location and gorgeous facilities. But the most valuable part of the hotel is the friendly staff. They are a true sample of excellent hospitality.
The room was lovely, hygienic and spacious with a fantastic view and really comfortable bed. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel. Thank you and keep up the good work!

The spa is really big but the hotel has an additional building just for wellness and body treatment.
The food is in abundance.

Absolutely wonderful place. I highly recommend.The rooms are specious and clean. The staff is very friendly. The guest relation Ann-Marie is awesome, very nice and friendly with great language skills. The food in the main restaurant is various and very tasty. I am a vegetarian and I found a lot of options for myself. SPA facilities are new and nice. Saunas and pools great. Music around the pools and SPA is quiet. There are nor many animations which is good. The staff is discrete. I will come here again. Of course the guests are various, some steal your towels, some waste the food, some smoke around the pool although it is banner, but people are people....anyway I recommend Aquahouse hotel and spa.

After visiting many destinations and hotels of the same level I have to say that the Aquahouse Hotel & SPA was the best place we spent our vacation. The rooms, service, food and also staff are absolutely excellent.
We would love to come back :-)

The hotel is a perfect place for a family holiday.
We stayed there in July for 2 weeks with my wife and little daughter. We can highly recommend this place for your holiday destination.

The hotel area is very large and the layout makes you feel comfortable (no overcrowding, at least in the outdoor spaces). The hotel also has a very nice design & pleasant outer look, so you simply enjoy being there.

There are several swimming pools and the water temperature is fine. Baby pools are located in the spa area, and additionally the guests can use the pool infrastructure of a nearby hotel too.

The hotel offers a wide variety of food & snacks. We were not able to check out everything during our two-week stay in the Aquahouse.
However, the Green Restaurant (main restaurant) is overcrowded at mealtimes, especially dinner. It seems like the area has no capacity for so many guests. On the other hand, the tables are cleaned regularly and you do not need to wait too long to find your place.

The hotel bars offer local drinks & spirits, but you need to pay for typical cocktails like Mojito, Aperol Spritz, etc. The staff at the bars and restaurants are very friendly and welcoming (especially Gabriela at the Grill Bar and Dakata at the Lobby Bar). The customer service at the reception could be slightly improved (with some people it’s top quality, others seem not to care at all).

I have been following the reviews of the hotel for many months now and I have noted that many shortcomings previously reported by hotel guests have been removed. It seems that the hotel managers are paying attention to the feedback from guests and improvements are being implemented on a regular basis.

In general, Aquahouse Hotel & Spa is highly recommendable for a family holiday as a great place to relax, enjoy very good food (including traditional Bulgarian cuisine) and take advantage of additional amenities. With some minor improvements (ultra-all-inclusive with more cocktails, longer all-inclusive service, it could be the best hotel in this part of Europe).

Excellent place if you’re looking for a lazy relaxing time by one of five swimming pools or on a sandy beach with soft (or not;) drink in your hand. Very good standard hotel, comfortable and clean, with big size beds in rooms and extremely well functioning airco (amazingly quiet!). Tasty food and variety of it - for sure you’ll not be hungry here, the quantities are not eatable :) high level Asian restaurant - Kampai - at the hotel that I recommend to all Asian cuisine lovers. Truly recommend the place for holidays.

I was a guest of the SPA area, and it was lovely. Not many people at the centre, clean pools, and great thermal zones.

The hotel is brand new (opened on June 1st 2022). It looks (and it is) exclusive. Parking is guarded and accessible through the ramp. As you enter the hotel, there is a spacious, long and slightly curved lobby (with the interesting artistic waterfall installation in front of the reception) with lots of spaces to sit and socialize (there is also a bar from which you can order drinks and coffee). The same goes to the terrace connected with the lobby. Hotel staff is professional, polite and always at your service. Rooms are spacious and clean (rooms are cleaned and towels are replaced daily). The best rooms are on the ground level next to the big outdoor pool (as you can jump into the pool straight from the room). The main restaurant is well organized. Food is average, nothing special but eatable. There are variety of foods and drinks (although branded alcoholic drinks are not included into all-inclusive service). Just under the lobby, there is a nice SPA area. As I can remember, there are two big pools and two small pools as well as Turkish bath, steam bath and salt rooms. Everything is modernly decorated. Just outside, there is a pool in which the water is heated at 36 degrees Celsius. Overall, most of the pools, both indoor and outdoor, are heated, so you don’t have to worry if it is cold outside (although I cannot confirm if the same will be during July and August). Also, I think that the water in the pools are mineral (not 100% sure). Outdoor there are 5 pools I think. One of them is equipped with the water slide for the kids. One of them is next to the pool bar from where you can order drinks, ice creams, fruits, fruit yogurts and pastries. All around these pools there is a big green area with pines. Next to the children playground there is another modernly decorated bar. Nice sandy beach is just across the street (accessible via stairs). The beach is well equipped (beach bar included).
As we were among the first guests, I guess we’ve been offered all-inclusive stay at discount, so I cannot tell what the price will be for future visitors. Still, I strongly recommend staying at this hotel to everyone. It is by far the best hotel in St. Constantine and Helen for sure.

View from room was to the see. Rooms always clean. Food was amazing. Children was very happy with free icecream. All staff helped with smile. Just best review about this place

Wonderful and spacious spa hotel. Big variety of pools and food in the restaurant. The stuff is not very cooperative. Do not return back forgotten things in the room :(

It was a wonderful hotel with everything necessary for a fine vacation. The facilities were top: very clean swimming pools with different water temperatures for every taste, different saunas, etc. The food was pretty good, huge variety, despite the desserts were poor and too sweet. We had a room with a see view, a view we enjoyed very much. The staff was very friendly, especially the middle asian guys. One problem the receptionists were not well informed,for instance about the evening events. Some advertisements were just off, such for example there was an advertisement of optics shop w discounts for the hotel guests, when we got to the shop they said that there is no such thing. The beach was lovely, but the water was getting dirty after light waves. The restaurant at the beach, which i think have nothing to do with the hotel was a disaster, so just eat at the hotel. One thing i didnt like was the reflexology massage, the lady would just go into my skin w her nails, not pleasant!! Overall the hotel is very beautiful, green, calm. I'd love to come back. Cheers

I booked a standard double room, I was surprised with a nice apartment as an upgrade.
I had an ultra all inclusive package. Food ok, decent diversified. Bar - nothing to write about ... Standard local drinks.
One minus: 23:00 all inclusive bar closing in.

We had been surprised by our son for our wedding anniversary with a stay in Aguahouse Hotel & Spa and I cannot be more than happy to leave a review for this amazing Hotel. The design is magnificent , clean, spacious, beautiful room ( standard over 40sq m ,we had deluxe one comes with a private balcony). The Spa facilities are absolutely stunning. What should I say for the Food? A variety of the best cocktails in the bar, restaurant grill, salads,, sea food and so much more. And the staff just brilliant service. Special Thank you to the two lovely Managers that were on top of everything during our stay. Definitely coming back soo.

Very spacious and beautifully appointed rooms, excellent service and great value for money. The hotel is situated on the first line of the coast, in a beautiful park. It has its own spa and pools, and guests also get access to the AquaHouse Thermal Spa next door. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will definitely go again. Highly recommended!

Together with my family, we booked a Seaview room. The room was clean, spacious with a large enough balcony.

The food at the buffet wasn't bad at all. It was definitely above average but personally I've had better.

The majoroty of staff was a little difficult to communicate in English. Resort's facilities and amenities are in excellent overall condition.
