Hisar Spa Hotel

Lots of space everywhere, the rooms are ok for 4 stars. Nice pool inside with very big space. Cristal water. The pool is deep and with corridors. Will need swimming cap. Do not go on the restaurant on the 5th floor- nothing for a lot's of money

The reduction for service comes from the fact that appointments for massages have to be made several days in advance. Otherwise the staff was ever polite and helpful.

Ideally situated hotel with friendly staff, great facilities and amazing views from the top store bar/restaurant. The pools are clean and well maintained. Rooms are in great condition. For a hotel built in communist times it is in amazing condition both inside and outside, no doubt thanks to management and payed for by happy costumers. There is ample parking space. You can't go wrong. The roof restaurant has a lovely terrace with an amazing view of the hills and forests, also overlooking the pool area. Prices are accessible. There are gardens you can walk about, a tennis court, three elavators. Still great.

One of the best spa hotels in the region. Rooms are clean and spacious, staff is very kind, breakfast buffet was rich and tasty. All pools are with mineral water and are very clean. I was impressed with the nice garden of the hotel with all the art in it. Definitely recommend for a long spa weekend!

I'm upset about how it is possible to have such a nice resort and such a bad service. There is great coffee and ice cream. The only down side is that they are served in cardboard cups not in porcelain cups and waffle cones (even though they have them on site).

Absolutely satisfied with everything this hotel had to offer. The staff is friendly and caring, the breakfast is great with different choices for everyone. The pool is never crowded and you can always find a good place to sit. If you have children this hotel might be the best place as well, a lot of space for them to run. My daughter enjoyed every moment. The pools and garden are clean and well taking care of. The rooms are big in the deluxe zone,you can't even hear the people next to you. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. Overall an amazing experience.

That hotel is like second home for me. They have huge swimming pools both indoor and outdoor, two tennis courts and bowling (although it is open only in the long weekend). Very nice and relaxing place and they do their best to maintain the pools . I rarely had issues finding a bed and parasol by the pool. Breakfast is good, many options for everyone. Panorama restaurant is good but not very popular among the guests. Hotel offers a breakfast & dinner arrangement and I guess many people go for it. We do not like buffet food for dinner so we did not try it, no comment!

Great location, peaceful with an excellent view over the beautiful pool landscape, lots of big old trees and the surrounding fields and the mountain. There is no loud animation around the pool, so one can enjoy some quiet time throughout the day and at night. The hotel grounds are surrounded by a fence and lots of greenery so there is no possibility for you kid escaping to a street or getting lost. Nice playground in the shadow of the trees.
The rooms are clean and have all the usual amenities although there is some room for improvement: a fan in the bathroom not working, a smelly drain, heavy not quite functional furniture etc but in reality just very minor complaints. We come here year after year and enjoy it, so a clear recommendation for everyone traveling with kids.

Perfect service, tasty food and great facilities

Excellent place to relax from the busy city life. I have been booking Hissar Hotel for my parents for the last few years and they have never been disappointed. They always want to come back. The staff were very polite, and rooms were clean. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are great for the colder days.

Rooms were very spacious and clean, the food was great and the relax zone and indoor and outdoor pools were very well kept as well. Only the fitness was quite small and underwhelming.

Love it! We have have wonderful weekend there in November 2019. Great location and territory. There are 2 little spa centres, but the hotel is huge and they are not enough....A wonderful restaurants are situated closely. The rooms are huge - love that! The balconies too. Outside there is a pool with hot mineral water - wonderful! And there is a huge pool for the summer with a lot of space for launches. Recommend it! But they really need bigger and modern spa!

The complex has an amazing garden and many swimming pools with mineral water! They offer diverse portfolio of SPA services and procedures. There are two tennis courts and a mini football field. It is perfect for family trip, and a SPA weekend to relax!

Big and nice pool and spa. Panoramic restaurant is superb, excellent salads even through the winter. Karnatche is one of a kind! Rooms are warm and clean.

Perfect Spa vacation. I've been a guest of the hotel for short weekends. I also stayed at the swimming pool and spa as a daily visitor recently in May. While the water, the spa and the park are fantastic, one can't tell the same for the service.

The prices are too high. We could pay for the outside pool and take advantage of the lower price yet this excludes the spa area and the indoor pool, so not really an option. There isn't anyone to guide the families around the huge area, to show them the playground in the park and to remind screaming and jumping in the swimming pool are disturbing. The outside bars were not open. We couldn't even have water.

The local municipality is doing a bad job asking for the blue zone payment by sms every hour, which is not acceptable when one should be relaxing.

Despite those failures, that I believe are temporary, I highly recommend staying at Spa Hotel Hissar as a guest of the hotel or as a daily visitor. The healing water and the wonderful park are extraordinary.

Great place to stay rooms a bit dated but swimming pools for children to spend time in 2022 update sorry to say at best now a 2star hotel, every year renovation of the pool area but this year total building site , no outside areas usable and inside looks more dated been many times over the years , ok maybe ready for summer but at the moment can't warrant it's star status very underwhelming

Amazing hotel including everything you can think of. The spa area of the hotel is huge and has all kinds of activities in It. There's a gym with enough training equipment. Entertainment area including many activities such as bowling, billiards and foosball. The restaurants offer delicious food.

I enjoyed my stay there very much. What was most impressive for me was the spacious room. The SPA was great, the pool is great, lush vegetation in the yard. Lots of sights to see in the town.

Good hotel, there is everything you need: bowling, spa, jakuzi, big olimpic swimpool.
