Rich Spa Hotel

The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, and treated us with the upmost respect. The SPA center is a bit small, but it’s well maintained and very clean. We were lucky to stay in the hotel whenever it wasn’t very crowded. We couldn’t try the piano bar sadly as didn’t work on weekdays, but the staff gave us a tour of it and it seemed marvellous. The hotel overall is amazing and we would definitely book again.

Not a first visit and still keep quality. Very friendly staff. Nice mineral pools. Amazing food. Good location with parking. Rooms are very well equipped with kettle, coffe, tea, conditioner, cleansing milk, shoe sponge even shoe horn and slippers. Deffinatly prepared for every occasion.

A true five star location!

Everything radiates cleanliness, good taste, elegance, refinement!

Both the hotel and the outdoor terrace and the restaurant are in a touch of harmony and Tyrolean design!

a bit with the public about our experience with my wife
for this beautiful named
Rich Spa Hotel in Velingrad.
I will start first with my experience back 30 years ago.l been here in Velingrad with my parents as a
very small as a kid
5 years old and l like it a lot this city with the beauty around that has park's pools nature moutains with and ufcourse the beautiful and healing Hot Termal water.
After 30 years l went here again.
So here is the main point l
booked this hotel with purpose first cause is on very good location next to the place called
( Mineralen plaz ) city pool where l spent my child years
vac.30 years ago.
This hotel impressed me a lot when we arrive with my wife.On first view looking very very amazing from outside and inside..When we arrived the person who's working there show up straight on the parking
and wish us warmly welcome
and asked us do we need help with our luggage-bags..
We get glass of beautiful homade wine 🍷from the house.
On the reception desk we get very wormly welcome with smile.
Then we moved to the our room .
The room was just Wow Wow..!!
Oh taking breath away..
No words to describe ( you have to to go and visit )
The hotel is very clean.
They have restaurant's they have also bistro they also have another restaurant down on 1 st floor is like taverna with beautiful food and lot's of choise of food. And guys the most interesting is that the food was not expensive..There is also ecpencive items but also lots of choise with normal-regular price.
So means you can visit this hotel even for some people with a short budget.
Then here is beautiful Spa-center,sauna then beautiful pool inside and outside with hot thermal water then gym 🏋‍♂ have too.
And many more things and activities that we didn't catch it couse we was there only for weekend 2 days.
Beautiful cerenity deck with beautiful sofa,bed to enjoy and seat in privacy if you want .The hotel is a spaced with huge spase around
has also kids playground in & out.
Then places in the hotel with beautiful seats 💺 & beds 🛌 with privacy places as well through
the hotel.
I don't know who is the owner of this Hotel but who ever is l can say that he was thinking of everything mostly to catch all needs for the guests .And as l see the structure and the design of the hotel and the interior inside with colors pictures and all that l can fell free to say he has very good taste and vision about all that..

To don't sound offensive for the other hotels owners l will say
In general Velingrad has also other many beautiful hotels & restaurants but lm sharing my experience particularly about this hotel.
I believe the other hotels are beautiful too.
However we spent great time in Velingrad beautiful city.

Nice Hotels with friendly personnel. The breakfast has variety. It has a small room for kids and many kind of massage.... But you should book for weekend because it is full a they will serve you better than others days. It has all the things for a spa , clean and working but they are between 3 floors.....

The hotel is wonderful. The food in both restaurants as well as the breakfast was perfect. The staff is responsive and kind.
However, what we will most definitely return for is the spa therapist. The therapeutic massage completely eliminates pain and discomfort in the back, and the recommendations he gives for daily gymnastics are extremely helpful.

The hotel is excellent - the service, the rooms and the food.
Definitely, this is the best place to go in Velingrad!
We were in a bachelorette party and the staff, both at the hotel and Boa disco, made our stay great and unforgettable! We felt absolute personal care and professionalism!

The hotel is great! Absolutely recommend it to everyone who need calm, relaxing and romantic holiday. The best staff ever I’ve experienced in Bulgaria. Very polite, very friendly, keep everything very clean, recommend places when you ask. Both restaurants are very good with delicious food.

Great boutique hotel. We had two rooms in the Presidential area (Gracia and Beatrice). Beautiful rooms. Roomy. Air conditioning. Balconies, one with your own spa water jacuzzi.

Their Garden restaurant is excellent! Especially the desserts!

The pool restaurant (Omar) is so so.... They could learn something from the Garden restaurant.

Tonight Rich Fusion restaurant served the best beef carpaccio and beef filet Rossini! A one time experience dish that massages all your senses… difficult to compare with any other…

Great hotel close to the living center of town. Staff is very friendly and efficient (we had a small bathroom leak, they came and fixed it in 10 minutes)

Spa is very clean and has everything including a tanning booth. Both the pools are fantastic and many beds surrounds them.

Rooms are very cosy, silent and with always a good view.

It was wonderful! The rooms are clean and beautiful! The staff are amazing! They help me a lot! They can make your staying unforgatable! ❤
