Excellent hotel with a beautiful panoramic view, great spa facilities, immaculate staff and delicious food! Nice to see it's being kept up to date with regular renovations and extensions to accommodate more guests yet it doesn't feel too crowded. A true five-star experience, especially at the given price tag

I stayed at the hotel for a first time this week with my two young kids and my family. We stayed at one of the vilas and the service and our stay was exceptional.

Every Vila has a private jakuzi and a swimming pool next to it which makes life so much easier when you are with your children. It is a definitely kids friendly place and I cannot recommend it enough. You don't have to take all your belongings and go to swimming pool etc., as they are next to the vilas. The water was clean and the place well maintained. Every room has an air conditioner which was brilliant. The water was the perfect temperature.The rooms were tidy and cleaned every day. My girls loved our stay and didn't want to go back home.

The staff were amazing and super friendly. Very chatty and welcoming.

The food was great too. What is more of an importance was the poridge and baby pures that they offer for the babies. There is a playground and a soft play. It is very peaceful and quiet which is exactly what we needed.

Well done to all the staff and management and please do keep up the same job.

We will definitely come back.

Look, I'll be honest if you see the five star rating and think this place will even come close in terms of luxury of five star resorts in the west, you're only going to be disappointed.

The fact is that there are few, if any, such resorts here in Bulgaria.

That being said we have thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend.
We found the staff, especially the general manager, to be very friendly and attentive - perhaps something they've been focusing on lately.

The room was large and well appointed. The beds in particular were very comfy and the bedding was clean and very good quality. The bathroom was also large and had both a bathtub and separate shower facility. The complementary toiletries were not the best and I'd probably recommend bringing your own.

The food on offer is also far from what you'd imagine you might find at a "5 star" hotel but honestly I still cleaned my plate each time and left the restaurant, full and satisfied and not at all disappointed, my wife absolutely loved the chocolate mousse! Personally I was a fan of the breakfasts.

The pools were the main reason we chose to stay here and and we absolutely loved them. Clean, warm, and with plenty of sun loungers with shade the only downside was that the outside jacuzzi didn't seem to be working.

Long story short, for the price we paid I don't think we could honestly ask for more, and we will absolutely, definitely be visiting again!

The hotel has a beautiful location and is very cosy. The staff is very polite and accommodated every request we had. What I really liked is that I never felt any pressure for leaving the restaurant well after its working time or for having to leave the room at certain time to have it cleaned (which I have felt in other hotels).
The SPA zone and the pool area are great! There are two outdoor pools heated all year round and we stayed mostly there. Other guests recommended the herbs sauna, we will try it tomorrow. For the villas there is another outdoor heated pool.
The menu of the main restaurant in the hotel is not very big but everything we tasted was very delicious.
It is definitely worth the money. Highly recommended!

Spectacular place! Nice environment, nice and cozy hotel and villas. Excellent food in the restaurant. The wine of the owner is must! Professional service- the staff was very polite. I liked a lot the SPA area inside and out side. For me the great advantage is that You may to get with you your small dog in the hotel. But it can stay only in the room. We get our for lunch, but the restaurant was almost empty. For dinner it was forbidden to stay with us, because of the buffet dinner. So it was a little bit disappointing for me. Nevertheless I strongly recommend this place!

This resort is amazing! I stayed at a villa with my family. Outisde of your villa is a whole jacuzzi just for you and a huge pool for only the people in the villas and they both light up when its dark(i think there were 8 villas). Both the pool and jacuzzi were always warm. One problem with the jacuzzi is that there is a hole were extremely hot water comes out and I got slightly burned a few times. And a problem with the villas is that they only have one bathroom so its not very comfortable. The resort also has a restaurant with great food. The service is amazing.

Delicious breakfast, everything was fresh. The dinner could be improved but it was still not bad. The rooms were quite comfy, the spa rooms and the pools were well maintained. The view of course - spectacular. The staff - friendly and polite. Great experience, we would visit it again.

It was my first visit at the hotel. Amazing staff, every single person was nice and helpful. Pretty tasty food all around and the spa zone was as expected. Overall a calm and relaxing experience for my family vacation. Coming back for sure.

The resort is nice, with good options for indoor and outdoor pool. Not all outdoor pools though is thermal. We did not get the chance to use the spa as we were enjoying the thermal pool. Food is okay, nothing extra special. Room is pleasantly nice. I really like that there's extra pillowsss. I'm giving this place a 5 star because of it's staffs! Its not very common to receive such a heart warming service in Bulgaria but here, everyone is so eager to welcome you and with smiles on their faces. ❤ Different staffs went on their way in helping us get more comfortable. Kudos!

This is our second visit here. Medite is a nice and peaceful hotel. The pools are great, especially when is not too crowded.
Rooms are big, modern and clean. Spa area is also modern and at a high level.
Good and tasty food.

It's pricey, but it's worth it. I stayed with my two small kids, and the staff was superfriendly and helpful, assisting me with the stroller, holding the doors for me, carrying my luggage, and so on. My relatives stayed at the 3-bedroom villa, and that one was amazing! It had its own little pool/jacuzzi, and this was perfect, especially for the kids. The mehana (restaurant) is so so as a setting, but the food is very well prepared and tasty. The pools are very nice and clean, and the landscaping has been done tsstefully. Great breakfast too!

Very beautiful view from the hotel and good location as well, 15 minutes of walking to the city centre. Excellent service and very helpful staff. Spacious room with balcony. Deliscious breakfast and great choice. Very well equipped spa centre with indoor swimming pool, 2 saunas and hamam and outdoor swimming pool and 2 Jacuzzis. The restaurant and the traditional pub are great as well. Highly recommend for short break as well as for longer holidays.

This resort is perfect for a stay in Sandanski, as it is not too far from the city. The view is absolutely stunning, the pools are great and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are wonderful, the airconditioning in there is especially pleasant with the summer heat.

Newly renovated spa resort, totally worth the 160lv for a room and spa usage and free breakfast. The big outdoor pool is not warmed up (it is 25c, so ok for swimming but not ok for soaking), and there are a few smaller and much warmer pools outside. The spa area is awesome. The garden is lovely too. Will definitely come back!

Excellent spa resort, spacious and clean rooms. Food is outstanding and the infinity pool is large and beautiful. The pool bar is very nice. WiFi is very fast.

We really enjoyed our Detox-program. Week of amazing spa- treatments, tasty food and mineral water. We definitely will come back!

It's a really nice hotel with a good spa. The service was excellent. Food could have been a bit more diverse, but it was very good in quality.
