Interhotel Sandanski

We had a lovely 3 days stay here. Friendly staff, clean rooms, pool is also clean, can get a bit crowded though if there are holidays. Very hot in the rooms, had to open the window to cool down the room, even though it was 5 degrees outside. Breakfast is good, not a lot of sweets, but good variety nonetheless. Mediterranean (a la carte) restaurant a bit pricey.

Warm rooms, warm pools, easy transfer form inside to outside pool. Very nice. Especially when it is not in high season.

As far as i am concerned, the quality cost ratio is very good. Professional staff polite and willing to do everything to make my stay comfortable. I am especially happy with safeguard team in the swimming pools (and girls behind the bar for giving me ice for my swollen knee). .. Since i was with crutches they will always open the door for me and make sure that i will enter the pool safely. Pools temperature always perfect and water clean. Rooms are spacious and tidy. Phenomenal breakfast menu. I will go again.

Great hotel with great pools. When it's not busy it's especially enjoyable. Staff works like a well oiled machine. Great breakfast. The spa is missing the steam bath which is not working for some reason. I will definitely visit again.

Great hotel for relaxing.
The hotel has perfect location in the city... There are bars and restaurants in front, and the Park is at the other side. Pools are with mineral water, not to hot (around 30-32C) and they are very clean. One of the outdoor pools is connected with the indoor pool (which has semiolimpic dimensions), and you can enjoy them as long as you want. Also, outside is a thermal pool that is open during the winter period, with water temperature above 36C. The rooms are big, very clean and well designed. The matresses are perfect, WifI is great, breakfast is great - with good quality food. There is a Mediterranean restaurant on the ground floor with very good and high quality food... At the Spa section you can enjoy a lot of wellness treatments. And there is also a good shop for natural cosmetics (Bulgarian organic, oils, ets...)

The best option to stay in Sandanski. The hotel is in the city center just next to the park and next to the main pedestrian zone. Very comfortable when you are on holiday with kids.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bed is huge and the mattress was very comfortable. The view to the river and the fountains in front of the hotel was great and the sound of the river and the fountains is perfect for sleeping.
The restaurant on the first floor is renovated and not is a Mediterranean style. The food was good, however the lamb was not the beat option from the menu. The soufflé was delicious. The service is perfect. The restaurant was very calm and not overcrowded.
The restaurant on the second floor where the breakfast is served is also renovated and now the atmosphere is modern. The variety of food for the breakfast is good. The are plenty of options to choose from.
The swimming pool and the spa area is also very good. The pool is enormous and it is not over crowded during the weekdays. The medical center offers a lot of procedures medical and cosmetics. When visiting the place on holidays and during the weekend a reservation is always a good idea otherwise the schedule of the spa center is fully booked.
The kids hall is huge with a lot of toys and activities for the kids. However we did not spend a lot of time there as the weather was perfect for the park.
Our overall experience in the hotel was excellent.

Enjoyed my stay, good pools indoor and outdoor friendly staff. Good food the hotel is located in the heart of the city. It's in the park which is vast lot of entertainment for children. There are lot of shops and restaurants in close vicinity of the hotel so its a perfect place for vacation.

Very well located in the center of the center. The food, swimming pools and services are good. The spa facolities are limited to one sauna and hammam but overall the hotel is very nice, ideam for a break in Sandaski.

Clean and well furnished rooms, pools are great when there aren't too many people. Breakfast is fantastic, dinner is more than acceptable. Staff is always ready to assist.

In my opinion Interhotel Sandanski is one of the best SPA hotels in Bulgaria and definitely the worthiest in the region. Its location is to die for, at the beginning of a green park on the right side and at beginning of the central trade street in Sandanski on the left side (if you are with your back towards the hotel). The service is at a very high level. l am a guest of the hotel at least twice a year, mostly during the national holidays, when it is full to the top but the high standard of the rooms, foods and services is always the same. I may say that I am grateful that there is such a pleasant and refreshing place in Bulgaria.

Very nice hotel. Mineral water pool indoor and outdoor. Great gateway for the weekend. Good for family. Offers free parking to all guests. Wifi is great for those who need to be connected all the time. Will visit again.
