Hotel Andon Angelov

A great modest hotel very close to the main street. We were upgraded to an apartment which was good, even though we just stayed the night. Breakfast is basic, but good. The staff, all of the are the gem. Would recommend any time.

For the second year in a row, we are staying at this hotel on our way to Greece. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, there is a children's play area in the restaurant. Parking is provided in front of the hotel for guests. The food in the restaurant is tasty and affordable. Next to the hotel there is a nice park for walking. Overall we are satisfied, we would book again.

The nicest and friendliest people we met in Bulgaria. They are so helpful with everything, from the receptionist who was very friendly and smiley, the man who helped us mount the baby crib, to the security guard who gave us our packed breakfast since we left earlier than breakfast time…
The rooms are really spacious and clean. The bed is so comfortable, with the best mattresses we slept on. The bathroom has a nice shower cabin where the water is not leaking out like in other places.
We really recommend coming here if you ever visit Bulgaria or are in transit for Greece. The price is really good and the place beyond our expectation.

We loved our stay at the Angelov hotel, so we are recommending it.
My family and I were on a trip to Greece and en route to the Bulgarian-Greek border we stopped for a sleepover. The hotel surpassed our expectations - the staff was very friendly, the (triple) room was very spacious and the beds were cosy.
The location of the hotel is central - in the heart of the city, right next to the city park and although there are parking restrictions (blue zone) in the area, the hotel provides parking slots for their guests which is very convenient.
There is also a restaurant attached to the hotel (breakfast is included), so we didn't have to look for food both in the evening and in the morning.
Another nice addition is the kids area which is both indoors (at the end of the restaurant) and outdoors (in the park right next to the restaurant).

Very nice hotel in the centre of Sandanski.Rooms are clean and comfortable.The only issues i could find was that there are no sound proof walls between the rooms and no elevator.Also the restaurant is excellent with delicious meals.

The hotel is really clean, the people who work there are very friendly. Finally, the food at the restaurant was cheap and very tasty, especially the pasta and the pizza. I totally recommend it.

One of the better experiences I had, great location, right in the center of Sandanski, overlooking the park and the river, superb food in the restaurant, polite but not in you face staff - what else do one want?

The hotel was very clean, the staff is friendly, the location is good.The food was really good, we had some salmon, pizza and chicken breast, all tasting good and good portions.They also give you breakfast to go if you are in hurry.The bed was super confortable.

Absolutely loved it! Best value for the money, right next to the city’s park. Nice clean rooms, breakfast included in the price & free parking spot next to the hotel.
