Samokovi

Probably the best food we found at this resort in what appears to be a mainly overlooked restaurant, perhaps because its part of the Rila Hotel and tucked away at one end. The day we went it was very quiet which doesn't aid the atmosphere but the restaurant is formal but not overbearing, service excellent, food the best we had in the resort and prices not over the top. Open to non-residents and well worth it if you want something a little above the standards of most of the other alternatives in the resort. Giving this a 5 rating as it deserves it in comparison to some weirdly high ratings that some of the places in the resort seem to have.

Fine'r dining experience, remaining relaxed and comfortable (atmos is not needlessly fine). Quality Food with outstanding service. Each dish was full of flavour and easy on the pallet. We are both vegetarian and meat. Samokovi matches international standards of top hotel dining. An excellent alternative to dining in the local area. A must on your visit to Borovets.

More like a fancy place, not expensive.
The service was 10/10.
My advice to you, go eat at the more "fancy" places in vorovets, its not really expensive, and to be honest, the regular restaurants there are more like home coocking but not in a good way, no taste..
So, pamper yourself with the good restaurants.
