Great hotel - fab location just behind rila - easy access to pubs restaurants , ski hire , ski school, slopes !! Just recently renovated rooms are great well finished , modern spacious . Great spa and fab massages - pool cool !!!! But otherwise perfect - again all newly refurbished !! Breakfast good - mannerly friendly staff !!!
Rooms too warm at night !!! But great for drying out wet ski gear !!! Lovely ambience in the evening in lobby - friends having a quiet bevy/ cocktail - playing board games - very relaxed comfortable vibe -

The water in the pool is too cold and I was missing a jacuzzi.

As someone who has stayed in many five-star hotels in Bulgaria before, we found Iglika adorable. We felt in the comfort of a luxurious home while enjoying winter sports in Borovetz. Our room was very large, clean and comfortable. The forest and track views were amazing. Getting from the parking lot to the hotel was very easy, we did not feel cold at all. The hotel staff was very attentive, warm and kind. Such friendly service is rare in Bulgaria. The breakfast was much richer and more varied than at the higher priced hotels in Borovetz. The dinner options were also sufficient. We will definitely be in Iglika next year. We would especially like to thank the front desk team.

Great place to go skiing! Wonderful hotel complete with pool, steam room and sauna. Would definitely come here again!

Great location! In the heart of everything. The rooms were clean and newly renovated. Felt very boutique. Not as busy as the Rila. The pool is not to the standards of the Rila, but the spa was very nice.

Great location, staff very friendly only exception the life guard, very angry man! Food lovely. Cosy lobby bar full of board games/cards for kids and adults

With a 3 nights stay there, it was a great vacation. The staff was the best I saw in a while, and the rooms and the restaurant were excellent! Thank you and hope to come back soon!

Great rooms, very nice and welcoming people, great view, clean pool and saunas. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a good and affordable hotel in the center of borovets. Plus, it is 3 min away from the slopes by walk! The free breakfast was also very good.

Visited here off season. It is modern and very nice designed. The rooms are big and I think all have a balcony. Breakfast s great and variety. For the price it is excellent.

The outdoor pool is very clean, nice, and for the place it is located there are no WORDS...
You are in a mountain paradise!
There is also a wooden playground, which is located near the pool.

The hotel is wonderful for a family vacation in the mountains !

Great hotel. Very friendly, newly renovated. The good was plentiful and unlike other hotels great vegetable options. Nice spa, new. The massage was very professional. Very safe and the kids could hang out in the lounge area by themselves. Would return.

Little gem of a hotel, the location is right beside the slopes. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel has an excellent spa and swimming pool - perfect for post recovery ski! Food was bang average, but as was most of the food in Bulgaria! Would recommend to anyone looking for a good base for skiing!

Outstanding. Recently refurbished and fabulous. Good food too on vg value half board basis. Few minutes walk to all amenities and ski lifts.

This is the loveliest hotel.
It is very very cosy, and looks like it has just been renovated, because it feels brand new.
There's a small bar, a pool, a great spa, and a small ski depot.

I enjoyed my 3 days stay at the hotel, food was great, service was good, spa was okay, room was warm and clean. Its 3 min from one of the main lifts, 5 min from cabin lift. Really can't complain, would recommend and visit again next year for sure!

Rooms are vintage classic. Just beautiful. The best thing is the new menu in the restaurant. Jeeeez. Made another cool outdoor pool in the middle of the forest. Phenomenal.

Nicely refurbished hotel.

Staff are as a whole are friendly, location is excellent for the 6 and 4 man chair lift, located just behind Hotel Rila. Food is generally good, typical Bulgarian cuisine (would benefit from additional information other than 'chicken', 'pork' etc when advertising meals).

Pool could do with either some different chemicals or a fresh change, as the colour and scent was quite unusual.

We had a pre refurbished room which was in a perfectly clean and acceptable condition.

Would visit again.
