Hotel “Festa Chamkoria”

Good quality hotel in my view, I measure this by Europe skiing standards.
Good clean presented food.
Cheap beers.
Clean comfortable rooms, very warm, good heater.
10 mins free bus to slopes.
Modern bathroom and excellent shower.
Good standard Sauna and steam room.
Good pool size and clean.
No surrounding pubs but nice chilled bar on hotel.
Games room for kids, canny!@
No complaints.
Buy two beers at a time as bar not always manned so slight wait on occasion.

Wonderful hotel, best suited to families with smaller children. Good food and facilities. Only downside is the transportation van that goes up to the slopes. It is rare especially when returning to the hotel, and most of the time it is full.

The team is very kind. The rooms are nice and clean, though very noisy fridge and radiator.

I stayed here with my family and the hotel is great iz has everything you need for kids the food is supererb and the the staff is very helpful. I would reccommend this hotel to all.

Really nice hotel, staff were very friendly and the food was great. Nice spacious rooms. Reliable shuttle bus.

My only criticism is that the spa changing room needs a chair to sit on, some of the food albeit very nice was cold, the shuttle bus needs a 9am pickup. 8am breakfast and 8.30am shuttle doesn't give you much time to have a relaxed breakfast but be there early.

Other than that we had an amazing time.

Clean rooms, delicious food and beautiful pine tree forest. The staff was polite.

Quite a luxurious hotel but set a little away from the main village which could be a problem for some people. 20 mins walk. There is a free shuttle bus but not as frequent as some other hotels. The driver is friendly and helpful though. The food is good. Nice pool but not tried the rest of the spa facilities. Only problem for us was the size of our bed - slightly larger than a single but not as big as a double, and they seem to want to use single bedding on it. Fortunately the small room is warm so not too much of a problem when you're not covered by the duvet! The floor plan suggests other rooms are much bigger so don't know why we ended up in what appears to be a single room, but otherwise I would recommend the hotel.

Very nice hotel. Clean and warm rooms. This guys know what they are doing in a friendly relaxed and profesional way. Not only service is expert and fast, price is fair and they take time to please you in each way. A friend recommended this hotel to me and I am passing this on.

Have staff dedicated for different areas in the hotel. Eg. one dedicated wither at the bar who does not rush to the restaurant to also serve there.

Very nice hotel, the location is not good, but there are buses you may use to the ski slope.

Little bit side from the slopes and restaurants, but nice and quiet hotel. Cleaning could be better.

Extremely helpful staff, I was there to do business with a client and things looked really well. I've no idea about the prices.

Better service in the Restaurant - Offering Wine, clearing up plates etc.. much quicker and with a smile..

Improve the food, make the water temperature in the pool higher, renew the kids room.
