Euphoria Club Hotel & Resort

Had a lovely time at the hotel, good facilities, nice location in nature and free transit bus to take us to the slopes. Transit service took us from Sofia airport straight to the hotel, which was great. Really nice breakfast spread, large selection, very tasty. Dinner options are really good especially the pizzas!

Had an amazing massage with Ana at the Spa, she was very friendly and the massage was very good and relaxing. Also we took time to relax in the heated pool in the spa!

The rooms were really comfortable, warm and we had an amazing view. The food was also very tasty. The place has many useful facilities, for example I had my ski boots and skis that were wet and there is a room in which you can leave them and take them whenever you want!

Great place to visit in a quiet location surrounded by nature.

The resort is not in a walking distance from the village center and ski slopes (while carrying or wearing any ski equipment), but there is a free bus shuttle service available.

Rooms where great, had no issues at all.
Breakfast was also great!

Great and very Professionally trained Staff at Hotel ,Bar,Restaurant and Pool. Had with Family wonderfully week stay . Will visit it for sure next year.
Only the street who leeds to this view Hotels should be prepared much better because at 500m distance you have to pass with Car view very big holes. Public company should take care of it asap.

The rooms were brilliant and the service in the rooms was very punctual. The pool area was very relaxing and the option to have a massage after a tough day of skiing is an incredible idea as well. Its a bit far from the ski resort but the hotel provides transportation in both ways very frequently. Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Very calming and peaceful environment. Friendly staff and amazing food and drinks. Rooms are spacious and offer all basic luxuries. It is 2km away from the slopes, so wonderful for any ski or snowboard vacations.

We have just stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is 5 minute drive from the ski resort and we used the free shuttle bus which is provided by the hotel. (We didn’t walk it - not sure I would want too as it’s about 30 mins to walk) It drops off just opposite the gondola and pick up is the same location (around the corner from the taxi rank). We stayed in a superior family suite which was comfortable and spacious with so much wardrobe space for all your ski wear. The hotel staff were friendly and polite. The new part of the hotel was open, and we got to use the swimming pool, towels are provided and there is access to a gym also - this is separate from the spa pool and area. The restaurant severed some lovely tasty food with a good selection of hot and cold for breakfast. We ate from the a la carte menu in the evening and prices where reasonable if not cheaper than the main resort - 100% recommend the local salad Shopkas, delicious. We found the hotel, calm and relaxing and enjoyed a great family break here. Will visit again.

Location is very convenient, and the rooms spacious and clean. I came with 3 friends and had much fun during Christmas vacation. We enjoyed the hotel very much and it was a great experience! Staff was helpful and good was great.

I recently had the pleasure of staying for the first time at Euphoria club hotel and spa and I must say, it was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect, especially when it came to their massages, spa facilities, and breakfast offerings.

Let's start with the massages. The hotel's spa is a haven of tranquility and relaxation. The skilled and attentive massage therapists provided me with an unforgettable experience. Their expertise and attention to detail ensured that every knot and tension in my body melted away. I opted for the deep tissue massage, and it was pure bliss. The therapists were able to customize the pressure and focus on my specific areas of concern, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

Speaking of the spa facilities, they were nothing short of luxurious. The serene ambiance, soothing music, and aromatic scents created a serene atmosphere that instantly transported me to a state of calm. The sauna and steam room were the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The pool area was beautifully designed and provided a tranquil oasis for relaxation. I also appreciated the attention to cleanliness and hygiene throughout the spa and the hotel in general.

Now, let's talk about the breakfast. It was a true culinary delight. The hotel's breakfast spread was extensive and catered to all tastes and preferences.

Beyond the massages, spa, and breakfast, the hotel itself was a haven of comfort and elegance. The rooms were spacious, in an beautiful location.The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable, always ready to assist with any request or inquiry.
I cannot wait to return and indulge in the hotel's offerings once again.

Being in various places all over the world, I have to admit Euphoria club is one of a kind. Facilities are excellent, and very well maintained. Despite the freezing outside temperatures, there was no single location within the hotel that wasn't warm, and everything was super clean.

From the restaurant to the spa area, and to the heated indoor pool, the Club offers a unique experience for couples and families.

Personnel was very helpful even in the small details, and they made every effort to accommodate our family in the slightest details. If you have kids, there is convenient playroom so you can leave the kids there and relax either in the adjastent pool, or to the spa.

There is very convenient shuttle bus to the ski resort so you don't have to worry about transport, when going for skiing, and you can avoid all the unnecessary driving, and the search for parking in Borovets.

Food was always fresh with salads and kids friendly. There is a also a cosy bar, and a very experienced bar-tender who can accommodate all your drinking needs.

Management was extremely helpful in forecasting all of our needs from the moment of our arrival, until our departure. They took care small details, from transfer to the ski resort, to kids entertainment, and they made our stay even more relaxed. We really felt so welcomed in the premises during our stay !

Euphoria club definitely shines and excels in the Borovets area, and is really an amazing experience, which we really look forward to revisit.

I recently had an exceptional experience in Euforia. The staff's warm hospitality made me feel truly in vacation mode. The spa, massage sessions and drinks at the bar were all great and so were the pizzas at the restaurant.

A great place to relax away from the hassle of the resort centre and the big city. Includes a shuttle or half an hour walk through the wood pathways to the centre of Borovets.
Has all the amenities one would need, including a restaurant, an experienced barman, two pools, a cosy spa center, underground parking and sports equipment storage. The gym was also recently improved.
A great green yard for your kids too.

Really spacious, comfortable and beautiful rooms. Service was great, there was space for me to study easily for my med exams. Amenities were great. Would definitely come again, since this was such an amazing experience.

We stayed in an AirBnB in Euphoria Resort. The room had a double height ceiling with a bedroom up on the mezzanine. It was good for families as you can hear kids running around & playing in the corridors (it was a busy ski weekend). I have kids so I didn't mind, but couples who want a quiet getaway, might want rent a chalet instead. It's located away from the craziness of central Borovets, which is nice. The views around were stunning. The only thing I didn't like was the bedroom wall upstairs was only about 50cm above the head of the beds, unsuitable for young or adventurous kids as the drop is high!

Best place to stay for ski in Borovets, very close to the city and at the same time quiet and cosy. Rooms are clean and spacious, variety of choices for breakfast (buffet). I will separately mention SPA that offers super massage and cosmetology treatment as well as hammam, sauna and 2 swimming pools. Highly recommended !

An excellent experience in Borovets! Spacious rooms with all amenities required, abundant variety at the breakfast buffet and courteous personnel. Request for a massage with Yiannis and a “South side” cocktail at Stamatis's bar at the lobby.

Last winter we were in the hotel, two times in January and one time in February. It was so calm , even with too much other guests. We felt ourselves so free because of spacious rooms and garden and wild forest around. This winter we plan to visit the complex again. The whole service was with very good quality.

Great place with friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Food was really good, spa and common areas were very welcoming and the experience overall was so satisfying!!!
