The best ski school in Bulgaria-Musala Rubies, ski school, Borovets, Bulgaria

Had a great time skiing with the friendly Petar as my 1:1 private instructor for 2 days over the Easter Weekend! The ski school is located near both of the lifts so we could just walk to the lifts once collected our equipments. Thank you Musala Rubies!

Albena and Peter gave us beginner skiing lessons in December and they were excellent! They were hospitable, patient and very generous. Highly recommend their business. Thank you again!

Highly recommended ski school!
We contacted Albena and booked "one-on-one" ski sessions for a 9-year-old and two 14-year-old kids (2 days, 3 instructors per day, 3 hours per day).
The instructors were highly professional with a great approach! They arrived on time, focused on teaching skiing, and ensured a great experience for the kids. The kids enjoyed it very much and made significant skiing progress.
The price was decent, within the common rate range of Borovets.

Many thanks to Albena, Petar and Petar who have been very friendly, professional and patient with our reservation and overall experience.
Prices are fair, specially the discount on equipment during lessons.
They've always made sure our equipment was safe for training and have been very helpful when having to buy tickets for gondola to go all the way up in the mountain.
We've also really appreciated their understanding as we've changed last minute both which activity we would have been doing and how many days, as we did one day less we left them the whole amount anyway for the inconvenience.
As instructors they've all been great as we know it requires lots of patience with beginners!
Their english is also brilliant, so was very easy to communicate with each other.
Will definitely recommend!
Lastly, if you're looking for a good massage after training, ask for Nickolay or Iliana at Rila Hotel.

I had such a great experience with the Musala rubies team! They're beyond great professionals who can give not only instructions but they have such a fantastic attitude. Skiing with them is fun and you can learn a lot about skiing, mountains, nature... I highly recommend Musala rubies team.

We were really happy with the progress of our absolutely beginner girls. After just one lesson thanks to Petar they were able to ski on their own.

They’re not lying, they’re literally the best ski school in Bulgaria. Peter was not only a blast to learn from but also patient with our group of newbies. We met Albena and she was so sweet and accommodating just like Peter. I am definitely coming back and bringing my family. They make skiing fun.

These guys are all amazing. Their attention to detail with our family of 7 was incredible. Family of 5 first time skiers, we all learnt at different levels and the managed to manage this and meet all our needs. We will always use this company and highly recommend using their equipment to, as the base is located at the bottom of the slopes, no walking long distance in ski boots. We are three girls from Israel: Tzipi, Yael and Yifat. We arrived in Sofia, Bulgaria.

We contacted Petar before our departure, who connected us with Albina and we traveled with her for two days. One day we did a trek to the lakes in the Rila Mountains and the beautiful and special monastery, and another day we did a city trip to Plovdiv.

Albina, charming, pleasant, punctual with a lot of patience and a huge smile. She was flexible and responsive to all our requests and the atmosphere was wonderful. We got explanations at all the sites we visited and learned a lot from her about Bulgaria, the culture, the food and the pride of the Bulgarian people.

Peter made sure we got to the hotel from the airport and vice versa and all with good will and joy to help us.

Had a great hiking experience on Vitosha mountain - black peak with our guide Peter. Very professional and knowledgeable about the entire mountain range and local history. Kept a suitable pace going throughout the hike. Would definitely recommend Peter and musala rubies for any hiking trips you would like to do. Excellent service.

Booked a one day hiking tour in the mountains and can defiantly recommend. Great & very helpful guides with much knowledge about the mountains.
