Borovets Ski School - "RilSki" Borovets, Bulgaria

My family (myself, wife and 2 sons aged 11 and 6) rented ski equipment and took 3 x 3hrs of private ski tuition from Nico. Nico was very patient and clear in his communication. He went above and beyond to keep us all safe and made sure that all of us reached intermediate ski skills. This is more than we could have asked for seeing we were all absolute beginners. The ski shop is also located right next to the gondola. I highly recommend this company.

Dave Goodall is an excellent snowboarding instructor! He got me to a level I never would have imagined in just a few days! He’s got a great teaching style and gives tips that are easy to remember. He also takes away any nerves and anxiety and is the most patient guy ever which really helps! Not to mention he’s an absolute pleasure to hang out with. 10 out of 10 and I can’t wait to work with him again!!

Just home from a week in Borovets. We used the guys from this ski school for both skiing and boarding. Fantastic instructors, flexible to abilities and really well priced. We opted for this instead of the larger ski classes and we were on the slopes solo after a couple of hours. Cheers.

We cannot recommend RilSki ski school enough, we had 4 lessons of 3 hours and the amount we learnt in that time was amazing. We had a group of 8 people with all different abilities, doing both skiing and snowboarding so we had 3 instructors; George, George and Peter who were all great and so knowledgable. For someone who was very nervous about skiing for the first time, they made it such a good experience from start to finish. They all spoke very good English so they were able to share all their advice and recommendations for the resort (including organising for us to go out on skidoos one of the days). Nothing was too much of a big ask and the whole team at the depot were so helpful and organised. There was a wide range of ski equipment which was all in great condition. We will definitely be returning!

My friend and I had private snowboard lessons with Peter. He was amazing, had a lot of patience and he was fun. Georgi also was very nice on the whole booking process. Highly recommend the school!!

It’s a small school but the teachers and their services are brilliant. I had private lessons and I felt my technique was improved on the 3rd day. The teachers really care for their students. I’m scared of heights but the teachers were patient and encouraged me all the time. I will definitely use their services next year!

Отличный ski прокат, Еордан професионально обьяснил и подобрал для нашей группы необходимое оборудование, которое было отличного качества. Ботинки в каждый день были сухими и чистыми.

צוות מדריכים נהדר ומקצועי, מאוד אדיבים ועם הרבה סבלנות. היינו משפחה זוג עם שלושה ילדים. סגרנו הכל מהארץ דרך מייל רק יומיים לפני שטסנו, כולל ביגוד ציוד סקי ושיעורים פרטים רק למשפחה. היה ממש טוב וגם מחיר מעולה לכל החבילה.

Julia is the worst ski instructor I've had she is rude abrupt and clearly doesn't enjoy what she does anymore think it may be time for her to retire. If you get Julia I would highly recommend asking to for a different instructor she couldn't be bothered to run through the basic she should be ashamed since she boasts of her 30 plus years smiling. Others people in my group had similar things to say .
