Bobby’s Bar Borovets

I’ve been to Borovets four times now and Bobby’s Bar has been in a different place 3 of those times. While the venue may change it’s definitely worth finding. You’ll always get the same warm and generous welcome from Bobby and the team.

Nothing is too much trouble for the friendly, attentive staff. Bobby particularly likes giving out free shots. He even found us in our hotel to give us absinthe for breakfast on our last day! (Don’t worry, it’s not always absinthe!)

The music was a lot better than some of the bars with real versions of the songs rather than slightly odd covers and I had a go in the DJ booth! There’s tonnes of food options and it’s all reasonably priced as are the drinks. There are a couple of dogs too, what more could you want?

A sign above the door reads “Enter as strangers, leave as friends” and this describes the place perfectly. There are loads of bars and restaurants in Borovets but if you could only pick one Bobby’s would be a safe bet!

Delicious food in big portions! Never dissapointed by the food and love the atmosphere. The staff are also very nice and helpful with good attitudes!

We visited Bobby's Bar several times during our Summer vacation in Borovetz (Jul 2018).
The food is fresh and tasty. We tried several specials there and they were very good (sage, lamb).

Kids liked Pizza, Burger, and Trout.

The service was very good and Bobby and his team welcome us warmly every visit.
It was a real pleasure being there.

This is a must go restaurant: the staff is very friendly and welcoming, the music is very good, the food is excellent. They also have vegetarian options and their toffee vodka is great!

Very cool place. We went to watch some rugby and have a few drinks. We got a welcoming drink and they tried their best to make us happy, but didn't over do it. And their english was really good which was refreshing :)

Food is well positioned and simple delicious. One of few places that take card and their toffee vodka is a must to try.

Incredible place! The host and the waiters are lovely people - friendly and genuine. Their homemade toffee vodka is the stuff of dreams, it is a MUST try! Luckily, you get one shot on the house, so you can make up your mind. You cannot miss this if you're in Borovets!

This was our first time in Borovets and our first time at Bobby's Bar, and it is safe to say that we will definitely be back!! The location (which I understand is new) is cozy and comfortable and well-decorated. The service was top-notch! Everyone we interacted with was so friendly. They even played Morissey at my husband's request! I ordered the chicken kavarma, and it was delicious. My two kids loved this restaurant too. They got juice shots and enjoyed the mozzarella sticks and schnitzel. We were sad when it was time to leave, but we look forward to dining there again after a day of skiing!

This place has such a great atmosphere! And Bobby is so nice, it was great chatting with him, he even gave us a few shots on the house :-) The next day we came for a meal and the kitchen is also great, very tasty. I especially liked the chicken soup. Definitely the place to go.

You won’t find anyone more friendly than Bobby. Radi as well. Breakfast is fab and everyone is really helpful. Nothing too much trouble. You can’t do anything either without a shot or 2 of something warm and delicious. Lovely place. Darren

Excellent food, even better service! Due to Dave a regular dinner was great fun with rakija and house made sweet vodka tasting!
Highly recommended place. We had pepper steaks with homemade chips and local beer from tap.

Not a bad word to say about Bobby's Bar. Food was delicious and portion size was incredible. Very well cooked and served up in a timely manner. Hope to be back in Bulgaria next year so keep up the good work.
