Sensational staff, so kind, so warm, so generous. Thank you!! We were welcomed by such a wonderful team. Most importantly this is an absolutely stunning location for any kind of break, any time of year: the best part is the hotel (stray, but friendly) dog! Don’t hesitate. Come visit!!!

We rested with our family. I liked it very much. Quiet, calm, clean air, near the forest. We saw squirrels many times. There is a sauna, swimming pool and fitness room. Polite staff. Fulfilled all our wishes quickly and with a smile

A gorgeous ski resort with amazing scenery in the summer. The views from the hotel and the walking trails were both fantastic. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. I never had any issues with anyone there being anything but helpful and courteous despite me not speaking Bulgarian. The cleaning staff was super friendly and extra-helpful several times when I had issues. The food at the hotel was decent but not great; but the rest of the experience more than made up for that. The highlight for me, since this was off-season and therefore no skiing, were the saunas and pool. The pool is large and clean and has a good temperature. The saunas were fantastic. There are four separate, unique areas from a traditional, cedar-lined Sauna to a steam room, a Roman laconium, and an herbal detox room. It's great to be able to go from one to another to get different experiences. There are also showers right there with exact temperature dials and a special "cold mist" shower so you can shower or cool off between the rooms. My only wish is that the saunas were open all day long instead of 2pm to 8pm. That said, the spa staff was very accommodating and opened the saunas early for our group on two separate occasions. Overall, it was a great experience, and I hope to be back someday!

This place is magnificent! Awesome location, great service, superb food and coffee. Huge parks and lovely Finnish chalets in the forest. Could not recommend enough. Kudos to the whole team. It's always a pleasure to return for more.

Rooms were clean and had lots of storage space. The bed and pillows were comfy. The breakfast was also pretty nice.

Loved our stay at this hotel! The grounds were beautiful. Our room was comfortable with a very authentic style and impressive custom woodwork. The spa was so relaxing we didn't want to leave. The food and service at the restaurant were outstanding. Staying mid-week, we almost had the place to ourselves. The breakfast buffet was also great! Last but not least, I can't say enough good things about the staff. From the time I sent a question before booking, throughout our stay and after check out, communication was prompt and thoughtful. Really looking forward to staying here again!

Beautiful hotel at the foot of the slopes. We only called in for a break from skiing, had a hot chocolate which was divine. Good music playing outside in the sun with great views back up the piste. Friendly service. Highly recommended.

Really nice place. The staff, the food. The rooms were so clean, there was hot water all the time, which was amazing, because I do love to take a shower for a long period of time. It is easy to find the hotel, it has a parking lot. The staff who works at the reception is very quick and everything happens on time.

We got married there and I have no words to describe how PERFECT everything was. Lili and the rest of the hotel staff have taken service to a new level, which I haven't experienced before. We felt like they are all part of our family and we cannot recommend the hotel enough. Did not have time for the SPA, but from visiting the hotel previously, I can tell you it is worth going there! In the winter, it is so magical with all the snow outside! The food - beautiful, delicious creations, thanks to Chef Lubo!

Easily the best hotel in Borovets, in a class of its own. Staff are really nice, service is top notch. The finish chalets are the way to go, cosy and unique. Highly recommend the restaurant as well.

Sophisticated location just away from the tourist crowd. Restaurant is very good, facilities awesome and we specially like the Finnish Chalets in the grounds which are ideal for families. Literally ski-in/out. Lots to do for kids in all seasons. Great pool and spa for all ages. Serene pine forest location.

Fantastic hotel! View and nature around are amazing! We stayed in the Finland village. The house was so cute and cosy. Food was awesome, good quality and delicious.SPA centre is delightful. Staff was very polite and helpful. Excellent service! Thank you!😊
