Hi, we were here approximately 10 days and very grateful for the service which you afford to us.
It was fantastic days to spent time near swimming pool and rooms was comfortable and good enough.
Also would to say thanks so much for the owners of this apartment.

Very nice and frienly owner. Very nice location only 10 minutes walking to supermarket and 10 minutes to centrum and beach. Very nice swimming pool and also you can cook or BBQ . We are very enjoy our stay at Yanita guest house. Love the place an people there for sure we wil be back again.

Stayed at „Dimi and Fons“ bungalow for 2 weeks due to work at Denta clinic…my stay was wonderful as the host family does everything to make your stay even more remarkable!!!!
The property is well kept…the pool super clean … there is a community kitchen that holds more then a privat household does and you‘re free to help yourself with whatever you may need…..
The bungalows are also well equipped…super clean and nicely decorated….
The walk to the clinic takes you max 5 min …if you’re hungry there is plenty variety close by….don’t shy out to try the local foods….so delicious….can be found in the local stores also close by….just ask for the whereabouts……

I've stayed several times in this villa with different friend groups and we have been satisfied every time! The owner is very friendly and reasonable, the rooms are fantastic and the main social area is wonderful!

This has become my go-to place for whenever I need a get away and everyone I know who's been there has fallen in love with the place!

I love the place. Great location.Near the city and in the quiet villa area in Varna .The rooms are clean and well furnished. The host Dimitar and his wife are kind, friendly, supportive and always ready to help. There is a sauna and a pool with Jacuzzi for the summer ... Barbecue area and sunbathing area ... I strongly recommend this place where you can get all that at a very reasonable price ... will visit this place again soon.

Harald I come from Norway, have stayed here at the guest house for a month. Peaceful space large room, very clean nice and helpful. staff. I travel a lot so good standards are essential.

have no words to describe the place and owner. Fantastic for families. Quiet, clean and located between Golden Sands and the City center. :) The owner very helpful. I strongly recommend! :) If we have a chance to visit Varna, we will definetely stay here. Thank you!

- new and good equipment, it was a very cosy and lovely atmosphere
- nice host, good english speaking, we felt very welcome
- clean pool with comfortable sun beds
- small, basic fitnessroom for free
- good restaurants and supermarkets around
- cute dog :)

We have been visiting this place with friends for 4 years and the barbecue is a very fresh With the pool combination to be together .I hope the owner is still the same with him is a lot of fun . ps Hope to see you after the quarantine is over :) .

le prices. The host Dimitar is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. And on the top of all there is a real Finnish sauna. My second time here and certainly I'll be back.

It is a great hotel. The atmosphere here is so good. It is a suitable for parents with children and the food is delicious!
