Velina Spa Hotel

The name is for a longer time, not more Velina SPA Hotel, and it's a shame that Google it not have recognized. The new name is Kashmir SPA and Wellness Hotel and it's an amazing and comfortable hotel which really earns the 5 stars.

Great place, the outdoor pool is surrounded by a forest from one side and they have an indoor pool and a jacuzzi as well. The staff is competent, they can handle English or Russian languages very well. If you are bringing kids along there is a great kids play area near the restaurant which by the way is excellent. It is at least for me the best spa hotel in Velingrad. I have been coming here from 1993 and the place has only gotten better. If you want to live like kings for a few days this is the place for you.

Wonderful hotel in a peaceful and beautiful setting. Excellent facilities, service and very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely go again and spend a few days unwinding. Excellent outdoor pool surrounded by the trees and nature. Lovely warm temperature and very well maintained. Room was lovely with a very comfortable bed.

My stay at the hotel was great. It shows that the hotel is old but it ia really well maintained. It was warm everywhere, the room was clean and they change the towels and cleaned tge room every day. We had included breakfast which was really nice and everything was fresh and delicious. The restaurant had a small menu which is a good thing up to me and everything was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The SPA area was nice and clean. I would definitely visit it again.

Everything was very good, the pool is the best pool in the region according to me and I have been to 4 hotels in this city. The rooms have very good view, the birds are singing to you and the room is very cost. The only problem is the hair dayer, which is a bit weak, also the prices in the restaurant are a bit high.

Very polite and friendly staff. Rooms are clean, restaurant is excellent, very good breakfast and well cooked dishes at lunch and dinner. So far I have no any complaints. They are closing for refurbishing, since there is a new owner.

Nice location in a forest, walking distance from Kleptuza Lake. Well built, refurbished and maintained building. Excellent indoor and outdoor swimming and spa facilities. Tasty breakfast with options for various diets. Professional staff.

The beef cooked here is great, I say it because I'm a culinary fan of it. The roasted pepper salad is also very tasty, and the yellow cheese bread has a delicate taste, preparing you for dinner.

this is your hotel for a complete vacation. Located on one of the slopes in a pine forest. A unique combination of thermal water, pine air and silence. Very good service, the food is delicious and well prepared.

This place is fantastic. It has a wonderful spa, fitness, indoor and outdoor pool, wonderful food, and nice rooms. The staff is very friendly. For example, we did not have internet access from our room. I asked about this and they immediately fixed that issue. Amazing hotel. I would recommend it to friends, relatives and family.

Peaceful, with the wilderness to explore, a good pool to swim in, a good restaurant, and only 10 minute walk to the town.

Hiking trails starting from the hotel courtyard into the rhodopes. Take water with you. It's cool in the trees, but the slopes are steep so you'll be getting a work out.

The sun is strong by the pool. Use suncream. Don't be like me, and look like a half spray painted Satan.

Good buffet breakfast. The fresh yoghurt is excellent.

My absolutely favourite hotel in Velingrad! The rooms are gorgeous, the beds comfortable. The pool is big and clean, the outdoor pool as well. I love the big fireplace at the lobby bar.

Beautiful place. Hotel is very nice with spa services. Clean and tidy, with helpful staff. Our friend recomended to visit, and we didnt regret. The surroundings are very picturesque. Near by is the famous place called Kleptuza, with carst springs, pedal boats, peaceful park, cafes, etc.

The hotel is located on a hill at the south of the town. From the outside it looks decent, inside it's much better. They have many facilities, spa, restaurant courtyard, children playground. The rooms are good with a view to the pine forest. The spa is mid sized, not looking fabolous but working very well in terms of temperatures of water and saunas. The fresh air is great after a sauna session. The restaurant has a great breakfast (really!) and the selection and prices for dinner are ok, with the service being a bit unprofessional. There was a fireplace atmosphere in the lobby and everywhere it was warm and pleasant, nice music. The checkout is at 12, great to have a spa session in the morning.
The WiFi is not great. In the hotel courtyard you are in a nice bubble, the vicinity until Velingrad centre or parks is terrible with poor decayed buildings, no street lighting in the evening.

A very pleasant team building place. Great pool, nice and quiet location. Right next to the pine tree forest. Food was good.
