I went to Akvatonik from Turkey 7 times.Everything was excellent. Breakfast , employee and nature was perfect. But last time indoor pool water was a little cold and some buttons were not working. We will go again in November. I hope the waters will warm up by then:)

The hotel is great. It has two indoor pools and one small on the outside. The water is warm and suitable for small children. The spa offers a lot of different things to explore.
Very tasty food in the restaurant for a good price.
Highly recommended for families. On Saturday night they even offered children animation.
Room was clean and maintened every day. The view from our room was great. I'm very happy with my stay here.

The best spa in Bulgaria offering abundance of various thermal facilities and therapies, spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable. The breakfast and the dinner are served at block table proving options for different tastes and people with allergies and food intolerance like me can find more than one gluten-free and lactose-free meal. The service is also great - we asked and had our wet spa bath robes changed 3 times for 24 hours. And George is amazing massagist - thank you once again for the lovely wine spa therapy! Thank you all, we'll definitely come back!

Hotel is absolutely amazing! Rooms were very clean and we had service every day. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Food was great as well, always fresh. Pools met our expectations.The fact that we could swim outside even though temperatures were low, made our overall experience even better. Location of the hotel was big plus as well, because it is close to the park and hills in the background,out of the city traffic and crowd. I do not have kids, however everything was also suitable for families with kids.

Hotel Akvatonik are the wonderful place, amazing fresh food and fruits .Perfect wie. The hotel is near the forest. Compliments to spa therapist Pavel. Amazing service and people.

We loved the place! Our four year old daughter had a lot of fun. The hotel has great accommodation and fantastic mineral pools. Food is good, rooms are not cheap, but not expensive also. Book in advance, because it is usually full. The staff is friendly and polite. Would definitely go back more than once.

The hotel is great, quiet, SPA is new, well kept and a real treat to experience! The staff doing procedures is skilled and careful! Would be back and recommend to everyone that is looking for a nice weekend retreat at affordable prices!

This was our second stay in the hotel and is fantastic!!! Staff greeted my husband with bowl of fruits and letter for his birthday. Spa is very clean. Rooms were comfy and warm, never mind the bad weather we had 😊 will definitely come back !!!

It is a perfect place for relax!

Perfect place for relax. There are two floors with spa and 3 swimming pools including one outside working all the year. The water is mineral. The best spa I have ever been. I recommend this place I definitely I will come again here.

Great, upscale Spa Hotel, right in front of the Kleptuza Park.

Highly recommending it for relaxing break.
However, like most of these places, target non-weekend time, if you want relaxation at its fullest.

Very nice place. The pool is fantastic, extra paid spa procedures were at a good level, the food from the menu was tasty. Clean and cozy.
