I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from Star Rent a car, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless, and the level of service I received was exceptional.

Very good service, there were no problems with taking and returning the car. We had to paid for additional kilometres but we ware informed what the limit is - and at the end pains less then expected. There is no deposit!!!

I rented a car from Star Rent a car this summer. We were met by a very nice man at Burgas arrivals. No big paperwork, just pay the cash passport pic and we were on the road.
The car we booked was an Opel Zafira 5 door and we received a free upgrade to a 7 seater auto. The car was not new but it was clean inside and outside.
The price was very competitive. We went with the full insurance option and I would strongly recommend this in Bulgaria as the driving there is challenging to say the least.
I would highly recommend Star based on my experience.

I highly recommend this rental. They are much better than the offer of other car hire companies at the airport, even better than TopRent. They gave me a car to the Burgas airport outside of working hours at no extra charge. The service was very nice and everything was fine when the cars were returned. Very easy contact also via Whatsaap. They picked up a car from my hotel for a small fee :) I recommend Star Rent and will definitely use again!

Pracownik wypożyczali czekał na nas na hali przylotów. Samochód czysty i posprzątany, czekał zaparkowany na parkingu lotniskowym
Dla 7 osób (4 osoby dorosłe + 3 dzieci) wypożyczyliśmy Dacie Lodgy. W 3 rzędzie siedzeń ilość miejsca wystarczająca dla dzieci. Po rozłożeniu 3 rzędu siedzeń niestety na bagaże zostaje niewiele wolnego miejsca. Malutki minus na niewielką ilość paliwa z jaką odebraliśmy samochód, 1/4 zbiornika.

Na miejscu kontaktowaliśmy przez WhatsApp w celu potwierdzenia godziny zwrotu samochodu. Wszystko bardzo szybko i sprawnie.

Арендовал машину в Star в начале апреля 2022 года - около двух недель ездил. Машина (Шкода) пришла в отличном состоянии, чистая, с бензином на 3-4 дня. Были ощущения, что машина совсем новая - выдавал только одометр.
Проблем никаких не было. Автомобиль подали в нужное мне место и время сразу по приезду из РФ. Забрали его так же - в нужное время перед поездкой в РФ. Платная дорогая побережья (винетка) оплачена. КАСКО есть. Оставалось лишь бережно относиться к машине, трафику, ПДД и вернуть ее в таком же состоянии.
Всем доволен.

И еще отдельно благодарен за услугу трансфера из Турции в Болгарию и обратно - в текущих условиях она оказалась невероятно полезной и нужной. Туда и обратно довезли с комфортом, безопасно и без необоснованной спешки. Неподалеку от границы Турция-Болгария остановились перекусить в ТЦ. Дорога прошла максимально комфортно, насколько могла, учитывая путешествие в 5-6 часов.

Wypożyczenie samochodu w STAR Rent A Car Burgas to był bardzo dobry wybór. Termin odbioru i auto oraz warunki uzgodnione drogą mailową. Po przylocie na lotnisku (nr lotu wcześniej podany) oczekiwał pracownik firmy. Natychmiast udaliśmy się na parking, gdzie oczekiwał samochód przygotowany do jazdy. Po opłaceniu wynajmu i udostępnieniu prawa jazdy do sfotografowania odebrałem samochód z którego korzystaliśmy ze znajomymi przez tydzień od 4 do 11 czerwca. Zwrot auta również sprawny i bezproblemowy. Doskonała miła profesjonalna obsługa. Żadnych problemów. Firma elastycznie zaproponowała opłatę - lewy, euro lub złoty, albo karta. Płaciłem w polskich złotych. Zamówienie, opłata odbiór i zwrot samochodu na zasadzie pełnego wzajemnego zaufania pomiędzy klientem, a firmą co jest rzadkie w Europie.
Dziękuję za super obsługę - będę polecał firmę wszystkim znajomym udającym się nad morze do Bułgarii.

Bardzo dobry kontakt, wszystko zgodnie z ustaleniami, zero niespodzianek. Brałem Hyundaia i20, mały samochodzik w automacie, ale w 4 osoby bez problemu dało się przejechać Bułgarię od Kaliakry do Sozopola. Zwrot samochodu o umówionej godzinie na lotnisku.
Szybko, sprawnie, minimum papierologii, płatność gotówką lub revolutem. Zdecydowanie polecam.
ps. w cenie właściwie wszystko co potrzeba, w tym drugi kierowca i pełne ubezpieczenie.
