My wife has had severe back pain for months, so we searched for a local provider for a new office chair. The Sioen team were simply incredible, we were treated like key account customers, even though we only bought 1x chair. We received a thorough and very detailed explanation in the store about the product. All questions were answered. I would recommend this company without hesitation. We're very happy with the purchase and want to thank the Sioen team again for their support.

Since COVID pushed us to work from home very frequently, I was looking for a new office chair. After online research I decided to go to Sioen Furniture, which I highly recommend: personal assistance, professional advice, the product was in stock, a follow-up mail a few weeks after I bought the chair.

I ordered an office chair, and though it took some time due to the model I have picked (I was notified about this in advance), they've kept me informed about the delivery. Love the chair! It is very comfortable, and I look forward to using it for many, many years.

I bought an office chair with them back in 2014. Recently, one of the armrests got damaged and I reached out to inquire about a replacement armrest. I wasn't hopeful since the chair was already 7 years old. But I got a message back that they would send me two new armrests at no cost 🤩. Talking about service! What a service-centric company!

If you're looking for a professional work space arrangement this is a good place to check out. They provide great advice to fit your needs, have a huge range of models and quite some of them are already in stock (so you can get your chair immediately, readily assembled). I bought an ergonomic chair and after more than a month it still feels like doing the right choice.
You can try out the chairs in the store and make your own mind - highly recommended.

Erik takes the time to assist you selecting the best chair for you within your budget, whilst given the product explanation. Top service that unfortunately is no longer a given these days.

Reeds in 2020 een bureaustoel besteld bij Sioen waar ik echt tevreden over ben en wou nu een extra bureaustoel, maar had enkele vragen over bepaalde modellen en sommige van de opties (ondanks de reeds zeer accurate en gebruiksvriendelijke website): de toonzaal van Sioen mét het professionele en no-nonsense advies ter plaatse hebben me echt geholpen bij mijn keuze. In de toonzaal kan je ook vele modellen uittesten. Opvolging via orderbevestiging en verwachte levertijd is top. Kwaliteit van de service is voor mij de reden om te kiezen voor Sioen. Volledig gemonteerde levering aan huis vind ik één van de andere pluspunten.

Wij zijn zeker tevreden over de service.
De uitleg m.b.t. de keuze van een bureaustoel was heel helder en systematisch opgebouwd. Zo hebben we onze keuze optimaal kunnen maken. We zijn dan ook heel blij met onze aankoop. We hopen er nog lang van te kunnen genieten. Bedankt voor de moeite dat je in ons geïnvesteerd hebt.

Vijf sterren, absoluut topservice, vriendelijke ontvangst en zeer goede opvolging, was probleem met de levering voor mijn stoel, zou een maand later geleverd worden door probleem in fabriek, waar ik natuurlijk niet blij om was , doch dit werd zeer snel opgelost , in samenspraak en ik ben er zeer blij mee, werd zelfs sneller geleverd dan oorspronkelijk voorzien was.
