LE NUTS in Bastogne is a remarkable spot with great food and an extensive beer selection. The atmosphere is rich with the history of World War II, adding a unique depth to the dining experience. The staff is friendly and welcoming. It's advisable to make a reservation in advance to ensure a spot in this popular and memorable establishment.

A great place for meat lovers. I can especially recommend their speciality, pork knuckle with mustard sauce. A huge piece of tender and delicious meat. Also, the place has a great vibe with a lots of relics and pictures showcasing the old WW2 days during the Battle of Bulge. The service is also great, the prices are resonable, so there is nothing to complain about.

After that breakfast we vere full for all day 👏 Delicious soup of the day, tasty burger filled with sweet, baked onion served with really good french fries and good omlette (if the bacon would be more crispy, that would be perfect!). Also very nice service, speaking in English 😊 Thanks!

Burgers were great! Employees speak English well. Kitchen closes at 8 so plan to eat before that. Bring $1 bills and a marker (or write before) if you want to leave a tribute for a friend/ family member who served. You can pin/ staple them to flags.

Best restaurant in all of Bastonge! My wife and I love this place. The manager Mr. Ségalas is so nice and so are the rest of his staff. Food is delicious and drinks are great. If youre an American tourist that appreciates history or were a service member, this place is a must!

What a great place to eat and drink. Great food, great beer and the ambiance was spot on. Have the Airborne Blond beer in a simulated Airborne helmet and you won't go wrong.

Then walk outside to the square and see the Sherman tank that was taken out of commission by a German 75mm anti weapon during the Battle of the Bulge.

OBTW, the place is called Le Nuts because, when the Army commander, Gen McAuliffe, was asked by the Germans to surrender, his reply was simply "nuts". Of course the Germans had no idea what he meant by "nuts" but he didn't surrender and ultimately, the Allied forces won the battle.

Delicious food as seen in the fotos. Traditional airborne beer served in a "helmet" just like 70 years ago. American military decorations hanging on the walls with nice atmosphere. Only minus were the waiters with low English speaking skills. Recomended place to visit for every visitor of Bastogne.

Vincent Speranza visited this pub in 2016 and was surprised that this novelty helmet cup was used in memory of his heroic action during WWII , he was a local legend . He past in 2023 at the age of 98 .

The frog legs were amazing! If you stop here you have to get the iconic Airborne beer which is served in a helmet style mug. I would eat here again!

It's seems like a tourist trap from the outside. But really good food. And lots of it. I got a burger and it was definitely home made. Also a lot of historical pictures on the walls. Go there.

Today i was visiting bastogne with Family and was looking for french fries. Found Le Nuts at a big Plaza . Waiting time was OK and the Burger was awesome Green Pepper with french fries really delicious. The waitress was really busy so I think The Chef himself worked as waiter. Really nice Guy. Next time i come Back. ❤

I had lasagne that was huge and amazing. Very pleasantly surprised. Americana touristy place, but that's ok because I'm American and was being a tourist.
