Banshkhali Eco Park

Good place to spend your leisure. Try to keep at least 3 hours in your hand to cover the entire area. If you want to ride a boat on a lake then the rainy season is the right time to select. You will find wildlife also.

A wonderful place I see ever. Huge area, need a whole day to see every corner of the park. Everything here is natural. Have a peaceful rest house with a surprising meal Facility. Of course, everybody needs to visit it at least for once.

A plant based eco park in Banskhali Upazilla is good place for students and eco tourists. It requires travelling by local bus and auto rickshaw. BDT 20 to 30 entry fee is required to enter the location. Thousands of tress and Natural lake is there in this park. A worthy visit for nature lovers. I also visit it.

The Banskhali Eco-Park is a cluster of hills; which creates exceptionality and attraction to us. It is a fantastic place for recreational activities. This is perfect for group outing. The Eco Park was established in 2003 under a project of Bangladesh Government. It covers total 1200 hectares area.

The park is located in Banskhali Thana of Chittagong district. You will find it some 60 kilometers south of Chittagong town. It is only 4 kilometers east of Banskhali town. I should also mention that it is bordering the western edge of the Chunati Wildlife Sanctuary. It is situated nearer of Bay of Bengal.

This park was enriched with many animal species and plant species. It was a semi-evergreen forest. Now the park is being planted with trees of timber value. Some ornamental and medicinal trees are also available here. A big number of animal species are rare now. Sun grass and other plantation species are dominating the park. Banskhali Eco Park is in the threat of encroachment and poaching.

This is the one and only Eco park in South Chattogram. Inner beauty of this park is charming. There is a hanging bridge which attracts people to visit this park. There is boat facility for the visitors. There
is a watch tower from that tower one can see natural beauties. The entry of the park is 30 tk and for parking bike you have
to pay 30. There is also washroom facilities but that should have to be developed.

Lake,Hanging Bridge, watch tower,resort etc makes the place worthy of visit. You can also visit the lake with boat.The fee for entry is cheaper.
