1. Very cozy, clean, ambient and highly recommended resort.
2. A swimming pool is available that gives a mesmerizing feel and beauty.
3. A total of 6 rooms are available in 4 separate buildings.
4. The belly bridge is the best part of the resort, which is the best place for photographs.
5. A two storied Restaurant has a beautiful lawn that offers to have coffees enjoying the magnificent view of the kaptai lake.

At last, the staff are very helpful...

A place of tranquility.
You can enjoy a day long stay or overnight stay in this beautiful place. In any case if you want a room it has to be for one day.

Price range currently 4k to 9k depending upon the cottage and facilities. There are a few different cottages.

I hope it will be a good decision if someone wants to spend a pure family time.

Regarding security it can be said it is safe and secure as the resort is run and maintained by Army administration and situated within their territory.

Calm and Peaceful place. Close to nature. We enjoyed also the kayaking in kaptai and their infinity swimming pool. Good behaviour of the staffs. Food is good but you have to order long time before your meal. Overall great place for weekend.

Excellent location. . Mind blowing views. It has an infinity pool, a 180° view from dining.

Security is very tight, it's inside of the cantonment. Distance wise is relatively closer to Chittagong than to Rangamati. Hilly roads have outstanding views, too.

Beautiful environment, and great view to Kaptai lake from the pool. Taste of the foods were good.
Swimming pool use of outside people should be stopped for the safety of booking guests.
Overall experience is great.

A very beautiful and exotic relaxing resort.
Their food is good and very healthy n organic.
Rooms are clean and huge in size. All the facilities is there including room service and other support.
Security is 100% in possible level as its an Army resort.
I am highly recommending this place to relax.

One of the army controlled picnic spot.I think it is more clean than lake paradise.
And also the army were helpful as I was alone during kayaking and got afraid.

I really love their pool. I think this is one of the best pool in Bangladesh.
The pool is at the top of the hill, and Kaptai lake is at the downstairs. You would love it.

Their room is okay, probably need some renovation to their bathrooms. Their dinning space and launge is also awesome.

Their food is average and above average. You have to order the food earlier.

They will offer free wifi, I think this is difficult as it is a rural area.

You can not go outside of the resort after 8 PM. We did not like this, but its because of our safety.

Another thing we did not like, you have to take the food intime. And you will not get any service after 11:30 PM.

In overall I love the resort, but they have some opportunities to improve.

Excellent views especially at sunset. Spacious rooms, good food, ample places to chill, on-site parking facilities, secured area. Loved every moment of the stay!

Amazing place to stay and swim. Conducted by Bangladesh Army, so everything is clean and secure. The place includes hills, lake and greeny environment. Don't take photo outside of the resort.The road to go there is extraordinarily beautiful. Best option for bikers for cornering. Foods are so fresh but it needs to get pre-order. They have few items to serve but pure.

Beautiful place to hangout with your near & dead ones. You can enjoy your tine many ways like by Boating, Kayaking, Photoshoot with beautiful nature. Food quality is also very good in their restaurant.
