Karnaphuli River is most valuable for our country. Because of, Infront of river situated our mother port Chattogram.

I had a deep connection with this river when I was in CUET. I used to go in its bank while I was depressed. It has different scenario in its different parts which makes this river so special. It has another form, the Kaptai Lake.
Karnaphuli is the largest and most important river in Chittagong and the Chittagong Hill Tracts. It is a 667-metre (2,188 ft) wide river in the south-eastern part of Bangladesh. Originating from the Saithah village of Mamit district in Mizoram, India, it flows 270 kilometres (170 mi) southwest through Chittagong Hill Tracts and Chittagong into the Bay of Bengal.

Flowing through the heart…like a Princess.

Karnafuli River the largest and most important river in chittagong. This river originating in the Lushai hills in Mizoram State of India and fall in to the bay of bengal at the point of patenga. It is almost 180 km long. Countries only hydro power plants are build on this river. This river is full of natural resources and beauty.

It was an extordinary experience. There are many place to visit from Licu Bagan to Kaptai Lake. Most of the tourist places are located beside Kornapuli river. I visited Eko Park, Jumur, Navy Camp, Kaptai Lake etc. It’s a safe place to travel because this places are under by Bangladesh Navy, Bangladesh Army, BGB.

Best place to spend time with friends…there are some small stalls of tea,fuchka and bhelpuri

This boat club is very popular in Chittagong. There are lot of ships, boats , shampans are available here.
