Sadhu Nag Mahashaya was a householder disciple of Sri Ramakrishna. His was an extraordinary life of simplicity, renunciation, purity, and service. About him Swami Vivekananda had said: 'I have traveled many places in the world, but nowhere have I come across such a great soul as Nag Mahasaya.'
Here is his original residence and his burial place.There is a very intimate atmosphere that you don't normally experience in an ashram. It feels like your home.
You can go there from Dhaka Gulistan by bus.
Dhaka to Narayanganj by bus ( approximate 50-60 min). (AC- 80tk/ non AC 55tk)
then 15 minutes by rickshaw from Chashadha mor ( intersection) in Narayanganj. (30/40tk) The Ashram is located in Deobhog. Known as Nagbari.

One of the ancient temple. A historical place. It is said that snake demigod was living here. Hindu people come here for worship.
Though it is historical place, govt should take care of that.

Beautiful temple tucked in the busy town of Narayangunge. Only, the roads and directions could be better. It'll be easier to find it from the main road.
