I have visited many Brac Bank Branchs over time and had a very good experience from almost all the branches. But I'm quite disappointed with the services of this Branch (Munshiganj Sadar).

Today I went there to have some Customer Services. But I noticed that the officials lack professionalism and efficiency in many ways. There is no token/serial number for receiving customer service, which I've seen in almost all private banks in BD.

I don’t know how only two officials are maintaining serial of more than 10 waiting customers without any serial number.

Moreover, in my 1 hour of waiting time, Officers left their desk for atlest 5 times and came back after 3-5 minutes leaving customers waiting in their desks.

The office environment is more like govt. offices of BD than that of any private/corporate office. They don’t even deserve a "Two Star"!
