Awesome place for Day out/ picnic with family and friends who loves nature and want to have a pure flavor of Bangladeshi rural environment. Mesmerizing scenic beauty and clean air with smell of village made me nostalgic. Authentic, delicious, Bangladeshi rural cuisine made from fresh food cooked in rural style, plenty in amount. Hygienic modern toilet facility. Separate cottage was given to have rest.

Staffs were very cordial and always tried to make us happy. Huge open field, lots of swings and slides. My kids enjoyed a lots. There were arrangements for country song played by local singers with 'Harmonium and Dhol'. Due to dry season boat trip was not long but they tried their best. Only the 3 km road which connect it to the highway was very ragged, not good for private car. Better to go there by heavy duty vehicle.
Overall, It met my expectations. Not costly if considered all the arrangements they made. Just I would suggest the owner if paddle boat facility can be provided in the pond to make the visit more enjoyable.

Went here many times in my childhood. Came back after years. Its still the same as i remember: AMAZING! The place is natural and rural, unlike other resorts in the area. The food and drinks are very good, and the behavior of the staff is highly commendable.

Those who are looking for an actual village vibe it's a best place for them. Those who can't live without AC, this place not for them at all. Foods are awesome. May be they don't allow night stay there.

Excellent place for outing. Very tranquil, peaceful, beautiful place for taking a break from your urban life. The traditional foods cooked by their ordinary cooks are extra ordinary tasteful. We enjoyed our time the best way. It was to very close to nature.

What I loved the Most is that the owner kept it all natural and simple, did not try decorating it artificially.
Beautiful people running the place welcomed us with so much warmth that I felt like I have come to my own village home and these are my own people.
They serve delicious foods cooked in Clay stoves. The cottages are so basic yet very comfortable to rest in between your roaming around the area . A great place to spend a day with family and kids. Highly recommend

Aah... Jol o Jongoler Kabbo! What a place to hang around! First time I went to JJK in a rainy night probably in 2007. I truly fell in love with this place walking on the muddy pathways. From reception to end, their service is awesome. And, the meals are very tasty. One can find an intense touch of nature in JJK.

Perfect for family outings and official events.The raw, Bengali village atmosphere can be enjoyed in the fullest here.Their behaviour will make you feel like you're one of their own family member. The environment is really great for spending time with friends and family. The ample variety traditional food was delicious. Every food item is locally sourced.

Everything is done by locals. They were really helpful and friendly.
Especially loved the music by the local artists.

I suggest visiting twice, once during winter and once during monsoon. Different seasons bring different yet memorable experiences.
