River Camp heaven in nature

This place is a hidden gem. The owner is English speaking and very helpful, plenty of room for campers and motorcycles, and tents. The facilities are clean and tidy. You can order food and drink with no problems. The gem is the cold water pools and fast running river, for those who like to swim, this place is perfect.

Amazing place run by an amazing man. We arrived there with our campervan in March and the campsite was close, but he opened for us and let us use the showers, washing machine and top up water supplies. The location next to the river is ideal for water sports or hikes. The host in an amazing guide who recommended historical sites to visit.

People that run the camping are special. And also helpful (thank you for the tent repair). Thanks Tarik, Alvin, Orchan and other people which I don't remember the name but were friendly as well.
The place is nice and strategic.

The manager made us feel very welcome and meant we stayed longer than we intended! He was always around to give advice and tips and even got his tv out so I could watch the football. There is an honesty box for drinks and free washing machine so feels very chilled. The river running alongside the camp is cold so makes for a good morning dip!

Very nice place. Relaxing, beautiful and the hosts are very helpful and welcoming. Placed right beside a clear river in-between mountains and walking distance to the town Stolac, where you can enjoy local food and ancient culture.
Also, it's affordable, and have all the facilities you need: clean toilets and baths, free washing machine, kitchen and they serve food and cold beverages.
Definitely worth a visit.

The man who runs the place is a really great guy. Him and his wife are very attentive to the guests. You can tell that they enjoy what they are doing. We stopped by for a one night stay to sleep and ended up staying an extra day. Great river down the steps to cool off when it is hot.
1Someone complained about the road being by the campground. I wake easily and had 2 great nights of sleep. Definitely not an issue. Fish dinner was phenomenal! We will be back again.

Stunning setting, free washing machine, basic camp kitchen with cooker and fridge, a warm welcome and all for just €5 per night for me, my little tent and bike. The owner wants this to be an all-year-round campsite and I see no reason why this couldn't be the case. The town of Stolac, just a 2km walk away has bars,restaurants and a couple of supermarkets, as well as a bank and it's a beautiful place.

Fantastic experience!
The camping managers running the place are a couple of old-school, laid-back, do-it-by-yourself, community-minded blokes who will transform your stay in an experience worth the trip. The campsite is in an awesome location, too :-)

Brilliant campsite on the edge of the river with a small beach. Cafe and great facilities. Managers are brilliant, helpful, Friendly and even gave us a tour of Doarson and Stolac. Lovely town with some beautiful scenery and buildings along the river. Highly recommend the campsite for a few nights.

Great campsite for two reasons: the staff are really friendly and it's located on a clean river you can bathe in.

The friendliness factor is key because so many campsites are really very unfriendly, especially if you turn up with a rucksack and not a top of the range camper van.

They made me feel as if I was a guest in gheir own home.

The washing and laundry facilities are clean and good but some of the plumbing is a bit dubious.

The river is small but crystal clear.

Very nice, small & quiet camping located ( 20 places) directly next to the River in a green valley beautifully surrounded by Mountain slopes. Is most commonly visited by campers for 1-2 nights but we stayed with our family in a tent for 6 days. Tarik manages the place and he must be the nicest, most friendly guy in Bosnia. Speaks very good English and is most helpfull also as guide. The camp has a bar for drinks and simple food. Simple but clean toilets&shower. Most places have shade and you can always sit @ bar for WiFi a Cold drink, or a great espresso. You can swim in the River, as the camp made a little dam to create some depth in a commonly shallow River. Also visit the small waterfall downstream @ 400 meters. You can Just walk through or next to the River, also with smaller Kids. They Will love to see the large amounts of fish, small lobsters, frogs and even watersnakes (harmless) in the clear water. We had a great time here, thanks Tarik & your wife

Nice people and a very nice location next to the river. The kids enjoyed themselves in the small playground that was available.

Excellent campsite, very good welcome and great food (the evening I was there it was fish from the neighbouring fish farmer). In addition the campsite is located in a green setting. Very clean sanitary facilities too. I strongly recommend it.

Wonderful campsite next to beautiful and clean river Bregava. Cheap prices, super helpful staff and the cleanest toilets and showers I've seen in a while! Kitchen, washing machine, fridge - all inclusive. Kafana welcomes you to cold beer or coffee. Stolac old town in walking distance. Highly recommend, definitely not my last stay here!

We stayed here only for 1 night, but it's really nice place with good services kind stuff.

Very nice camp in nice suroundings for very reasonable price. Beautiful small river is almost like a part of the camp. Good facilities and the manager speaks really good English. We stayed 2 nights (1 at the beginning of our trip to Bosnia and 1 at the end). I can only recommend.

As it was said in some of the previous ratings: the star of the camp is the manager. He likes to talk and share stories. Very nice guy! And if you run too late and all shops are closed, don't worry, he has a beer, coffee, rakija, ... ready for you.

Nice campsite next to the river and in a food walk distance to the nice small city Stolac, which is really worth a visit. Helpful and friendly people.

Clean facilities, each site has easy access to electricity and water. 5 euros per adult and 3 euros for a vehicle. Dogs allowed!

River just steps away which is perfect for the summer heat. Great place to stay!

One of the best camping places in our Balkan trip. Great view right by the river and mountains. Tarik is a very friendly manager of the place. His wife is an amazing chef. They cooked very delicious local dinner for us. Perfect value for money.
