Tuzla International Airport

Absolutely love this airport. Small but has absolutely everything necessary. The staff is very nice, two good restaurants. Also car rental service is fantastic, fast and easy. I really hope more companies will fly from and to Tuzla Airport.
The airport tax has been removed even though I was happy to pay it.

After seeing all the changes at this airport since I have been using it since its very beginning I can only say congratulations. For a small airport, everything is present, from car rental to the restaurant, Duty. The evolution is surprising from "almost" a single check-in counter surrounded by props and an austere boarding gate with broken air conditioning (three years ago) and currently modern check-in counters and a colourful boarding lounge. I find it odd that "local" people can only get one star at this airport in its current state (staff and infrastructure), if they are so badly served, whether they spend 30 hours driving to Bosnia or whether they go to visit other airports, Berlin Tegel and Schönenfeld for example. For me, I put a 4 rating at 5 just to compensate for these 1 INJUSTIFIED ratings. Please Team Dubrave/Tuzla airport continue like this.

Small colourful and cozy city

A much needed airport in North east Bosnia. Have travelled through here a few times. Sadly there are no longer any direct flights to/from the UK. However the building is much improved recently and the hour horrendous wait (over 1 hour for passport control) we had on our first landing is a thing of the past. Could do with more investment and a few more flights but still a great little airport.

My grandmother travels with assistance for disabled people through this airport, quite often, and she made me write this review. She is so satisfied with the service, kindness and level of customer care at this airport. Although the airport is not big, and still has to develop, the heart of people who work there is big unlike many other international airports.

Everything is ok. Free parking for 15 minutes, when exceeded it’s 2KM per hour. Don’t throw out or lost parking ticket since you will be charged by 50KM :). Taxi service is relative cheap. Airport is relative small and it’s better to find it put via GPS.

Excellent! One of the best airport experience and I have seen too many!. Quick and easy to get in and out. No hundreds of annoying shops on your way until you find a gate. Simple, safe and clean. Very cheap taxi to the airport. Those who gave poor rating due to bad weather have not probably realised that bad weather can and does happen to any airport in the world. Those who are asking for extra facilities are forgetting that primary function of the airport is to be, well, an airport, not a shopping center. Finally, those who are complaining about flights mismanagement should rate air companies not the airport.

Small, short ways, fast check in, perfect

First class accommodation, nice, clean, more than enough space and facilities and service is very nice and helpful.
As a owner of apartments in Mostar,, from our own experience, I can say really good accommodation for no money

Place is great, now, after renovation. Place is convinient, simple to orient. Not too big airport. Clean, with restaurant before and after passport control, duty free shop with a lot of potential presents😀.

Simple airport, without much delays and you don't have to ask for directions, it's that simple.
