Hotel Mellain

Woow. Best looking hotel in Bosnia. Service is amazing, fast and so helpful. I was so amazed staying in here. Definitely recommend for all if you want to feel exclusive.

I made the booking from overseas for my mum and her friend.
Booking was for the president apartment, massage and the dinner. The ladies loved the hotel especially the swimming pool (19th floor) and were so impressed how clean the rooms and hotel was. Very helpful and friendly staff.
My communication was with a very helpful girl by name Selma who has reply to all my emails instantly with loads of information. Nothing was hard and nothing was a problem and everything I asked for was delivered. Please note: if you are booking from overseas there is only one way of making the payment by direct bank deposit. I have read the feedback from the hotel in regards to this issue and it seems it is out of their control due to new law in Bosnia and credit card payments not possible if person is not physically present. Very nice touch by hotel with welcome and happy birthday card, some fruit and bottle of coka cola for each lady. The dinner menu with 4 meal options looked fantastic. My mum hasn't stop talking how much she loved her stay.

Nice place in the middle of town.. Lot of Congress rooms, two pools, fitness, restaurant with great view.. Rooms are clean, comfortable, large.. Bathrooms have a bath 🛁 wich is really nice! You feel like there is no need to hurry..
Close to hotel are Panonika lakes with natural salty water..
And next to hotel is "beer bar" with great food and of course beer :)

The only "problem" is what to emphasize, as in, what's better...just can't decide from Reception, to the comfort that rooms can offer, room service, to the staff and all...
Nothing but the best I have to say about Mellain Hotel !!!
