Definitely the best place in Tuzla. The atmosphere is amazing, especially during the summer. The staff is great and they often organize various events. Whether you want to grab a beer or just a cup of coffee, this is the place for you. If you weren't at Sloboda, you haven't felt Tuzla's spirit yet.

Certainly the best cafe bar in this part of Bosnia and Herzegovina. With its ideal location, fantastic large garden with plenty of shade, great customer service, best offer of drinks and tasty cocktails. They have live music events almost every night and Sloboda supports local artists in their aspirations and presentations (music, photo, dance, etc.). Sloboda is aware of the bad financial situation for majority of youth population, therefore they keep low prices and mostly unchanged for the past 10 years or so. Excellent place and I strongly recommend for everyone to visit.

The best cafe bar in the heart of Tuzla to have a coffee, beer, cocktail or go out with definitely most beautiful garden in town.. spring, summer, especially the Pan Winter Garden for the winter holidays. Cosy place with modern, dance, hip hop music... Not expensive.

Meaning of word Sloboda is freedom and that's how you exactly feel in this cafe bar. On weekends in part of bar they organise really good parties where I was a guest DJ. Owner and staff are really nice and warm!
