10 🌟Stars, yes and more 🌟 definitely for a Well Deserving Exceptional Assistant Store Manager named Paul at Woolworths Carousel 🙏WoW Incredible efforts, Paul is an Exceptional Leader and a true representation to the Woolworths brand as a whole exceeding my expectations beyond my imagination WoW !!!Paul went above and beyond his call of duty and delivered outstanding results I was very moved by his very high attention to details!!! Level of professionalism and friendliness despite being in very high demand during retail peak hours busy inbetween tasks and demands by everyone from staff and acknowledging others customers too with a great level of attention, care and smile😃🙏 Paul is Incredibly exceptional at his role, very rare to find people like Paul in the retail sector nowdays!!! I shop at various retailers over decades and this experience by far exceeded every experience I ever had!!! Paul gave me his valuable time, took down my details, found the items I was after, packed them perfectly, arranged other incredible Woolworths Carousel team members to keep them for me, notified me so efficiently and the whole process was so incredibly smooth experience didn't have to come back inside the store! My grand daughter experienced her first good witch handing out lollies at the entrance of Cannington Woolworths. How fun for everyone. You were a great witch.

I've been coming here for a few years ,never have the staff been rude, there always friendly and try to help.
It's not the staffs fault when there under staffed. They always do there best, keep it up, you have my respect.

Ask about seafood. Had 3 staff helping. Best service anywhere today.

There were lots of itemised tags with prices on but we could not get a few things on the racks because they were all gone. Indeed a very good supermarket at a very good strategical location that had attracted a high volume of visitors. The lesson learned is never to shop in this market on a very late afternoon. What to do? Be an early bird though! Haha, cheers! (2022-04)

The staff have great customer service skills and are very friendly and outgoing. The produce is awesome quality always.

Overall this place is a good deal for all Australians, prices are fair 👌 good and fresh product.
Every Wednesday they have a half-price product catalogue (which changes every Wednesday)

Last night I was at Woollies Cannington and had a hard time finding a product. The night manager was called to the service desk and was really helpful. When he couldn’t find the item on the shelf he took the time to find it out the back and bring it to me at the counter. Fabulous customer service which is rare to find these days. The personal service was much appreciated.

Great place to shop😊, with everything you need. The only problem is never having enough cash registers open, making the wait times longer than needed
