Thursday 14th March 2024 - 8:45am - very rude service from the older blonde woman making the coffees. Calling out a number for the coffee which I was not offered on purchase. When I asked if it was a certain coffee she spat out number 21 again and was not apologetic when informed I was not provided with a number. She said I should take the number when I purchase, which is hard when not provided the number. I won’t be buying coffee here again and will return to the Tin Can Bay Bakery like I usually do or go to the Bayside Cafe where service is always polite at both venues.

When I asked for cold milk to be added to my coffee ☕ as it was 2 hot
She replied they are made to 70 degrees and no one has ever complained
70 is scalding hot 🔥 🥵
