Amazing product and great quality. Ordered some products for pick up few weeks ago and one of the staff waited for me to come even though it was pass 4pm. Great customer service and will definitely order more from them.

I like shopping at France At Home as all the items that I had ordered have the expiry dates, which is very handy to know. Its delivery service was speedy for a standard shipping. France At Home continuously kept me informed as when the package would arrive.

Great customer service, rang me to make sure I could be home for refrigerated delivery and make sure he was choosing the right delivery company (because deliveries are a bit tricky where I live). Got my boxes only two days later. There were a lot of glass jars in my order, none arrived broken thanks to the perfect packaging (and NO plastic used!!!). Thank you some much for everything France at Home, you are amazing!

Great range of products, and always adding more. Delivery is fast and packaging top notch. I find that they don’t inflate prices unfairly, it’s obvious the desire to provide French products to all and especially those missing them, is the major motivation.

Great service. Got our yummy goodies that we haven't enjoyed since living overseas. Despite a delay in shipment on one item from overseas, France At Home sent everything out carefully packaged as soon as it arrived. Kept us informed of delivery at all times and it actually arrived before expected. One batch of items had to be kept cool and the delivery was organised at 7:30am on what was expected to be a warm day. And they included a little bonus surprise. We will buying from them again.

Great service - the order was fulfilled to expectations but what makes it really amazing is that 1. I requested a card and they not only included it but even corrected my poor French (thank you!), 2. the delivery arrived in a very short time (3 days) and their PACKAGING IS ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY, VEGAN AND the filling is WATER SOLUBLE (yes, I tried and verified it dissolves with water). And all my Frenchies at home are very happy :) 100% recommended!

I rang up France at Home on Wednesday to see if they could ship an item to me before the weekend. They said it is possible but hard to tell with the couriers and covid. They said, place your order, give us the order number and we will make sure it is shipped out first thing. I did that and I got my order Friday morning, in perfect condition.
