Sometime in August?, my 'puter decided to do a dummy spit of the GPU. To keep me online, the guys installed a 'loanie' GPU to keep me 'on air'.
They guys kept me appraised of every step of the way. They even 'stress-tested' the new GPU before installing it in my machine. The install took only 10-15 minutes & the tech even carried my 'puter out to the car for me

I cannot praise the quality of their work & workmanship. Tidiest wiring job I've EVER seen.

Best communication EVER. The guys at HATcomputer kept me informed all the way through the build & even followed up AFTER delivery. For purchase on the 14th to delivery on the 16th their Service can't be faulted. HIGHLY recommend the quality of their build - blisteringly FAST. I'll be back for another in a few years.

If you have never had a laptop or computer fixed and never used a business before, you cannot go wrong with these wonderful people. The staff are professional and always courteous, prices are better than reasonable and quick turn around for repairs. I would recommend HAT Technology to anyone - my own daughter is now going to get her laptop fixed there - all she had to was look online and their prices are there for all to see - you will not get ripped off by these guys - they are everything you expect in a professional business. Purchased a custom PC for a present. The team allowed me to pay it off in segments and I was very appreciative of this. Great PC and no issues.

I had to clone / ghost my old SSD drive to a larger SSD for work. I had tried to do this myself using various software packages, all of which had failed. The Guys at HAT did the clone, all perfect now, massive relief to have some space again on the laptop and retain all my important software. Great Job and very reasonable pricing; I'm very happy, thank you.

I would like to say in 19 years of being on Ebay i have dealt with some great people but this would have to be the most pleasant and helpful business I have ever dealt with. Nothing is to much trouble. I am 200 kays from Melb. They arranged for me to pick up from their staff member on a Saturday.
they configured the comp. exactly the way I wanted. they are always very happy and cheerful. Must say I will certainly be dealing with them again.

Alex is one of the best technicians l seen for a long time his attention to detail and his computer knowledge is up there with the best in the industry. Please if you have issues with you computer system or just shopping for parts HAT Technology Bundoora is the one stop shop. I have been dealing with Alex for many months now and I don't think I would trust anyone else. Keep up the good work.
