I came for print outs in the morning today. I had one of the best customer service. The lady who works for the print section should be commended. Thank you so much for your patience and making sure that I got everything correct. Sorry for taking too much time.

Just called to double check stock for Prismacolor Pencil Sharpener, the guy working in stationary was lovely, he apologised for having to hold, which is no problem. But guy was lovely.
He checked for me and was more than happy to leave it at the front desk for someone to grab for me.

Naomi at Bundoora saved our training day. 4500 pages needing to be printed in a hour and she delivered with a smile on her face. I would hire her if we had a position available as her customer service is first class.

I’ve never seen such an honest and knowledgeable person like Mark at Officeworks Bundoora. I came into purchase a laptop with my wife and I was overwhelmed with so many options on display. As we are not technologically minded being both in our early 70”s, Mark asked us all the necessary questions for our needs. He explained to us which was the right laptop to purchase and explained all extras that if needed for us to purchase. Made it sound so easy and we are very happy with our laptop. It’s exactly what we wanted.

I went into Officeworks Bundoora to buy paper, as I was walking out I realised I had spent $25 dollars on paper which as a minimum wage worker I do not earn enough for that, so I went back in and polietly asked for a refund, and even though I was a bother, Amani and Andrew helped get me the refund, they were amazing, Thank you Amani and Andrew

Andrew of Bundoora was amazing. I need to print my Mom& Sister's Memorial Service pictures and put them on a frame. It took him just 15 minutes to help me with editing and advising me on the resolution outcome. Now this is what I called Good Customer Service, Office Works Bundoora. He deserves a promotion ASAP.

I am generally very critical of customer service or 'lack of' and have been know to make my disappointment known on the odd occasion. I have however, been prompted to write this review in glowing praise of the staff who work in the printing section of this branch of Officeworks. They obviously process what looks like great volumes of work each day and each time I have been there, sometimes without a booking, they have gone out of their way to advise and assist me. As a business owner who is not very technically minded with the complexities of printing 'booklets' I cannot thank them enough in their efforts to help me and others in a fair and timely manner, when under pressure. Keep up the good work!

Tonight I purchased a monitor, keyboard and a few other products from the Bundoora store. Once I got home I connected everything and the monitor works perfectly. I will now be able to work from home all fine.

Lucas helped me choose a monitor and gave accurate information. Then when I asked where other items were he knew every spot straight away. He is a top staff member and has helped many times over the years.

Went there just 10mins ago. It was super busy during this time. The young lady, that has long curly hair working at the printing section, was so helpful. Thank you for making my life easier :)

KIM & VESNA served me with some furniture and they were amazing. Incredibly nice girls and genuinely looked after me, knowing I had a back injury. They did a great job helping me with ergonomic furniture.
Kim also carried a chair out to my car and would let me lift it knowing I had a back injury.
