The staff here are very friendly and helpful! I didn't end up purchasing anything because the guys suggested something better that they didn't have on hand, but could have ordered in for me. As I needed the equipment today, I ended up getting what I needed elsewhere, but I told my partner about this place so we will definitely be coming here next time we need something :)

The Guys at centrecom Bundoora are the best!!! Had an issue with my pc because I was silly and played around with some stuff and broke it lol! Grant the Technician diagnosed my issue in an instance and was able to inform me of the issue, AND MASSIVE SHOUTOUT to Oscar absolute GUN at his job, helped me as I was in a bit of financial strife due to the issue… he helped me find the best value items to save me money! Big ups to the centrecom boys cheers! Back to gaming and finishing my Uni work lmao

Great service. Very friendly staff, was looking for gaming laptop. Got a very good recommendation for Asus Tuf A15 Ryzen 9 4900h RTX 2060.

Bought a great deal on a new desktop and when I had trouble setting up a 2nd monitor I went back to the store and it was all hands on deck to help me rectify. Fantastic staff; highly recommend this store

Went down there to buy some monitors and some RGB fans on the 26th of April, was able to locate what I was after. The boys on the floor were extremely helpful, friendly and just overall great people to be around and talk to. Will definitely be buying from this store again. 5/5 performance 🙂

Went in the other day looking for a cable, and sadly while then didn't have the exact one I was after. They were able to provide with me a helpful alternative that worked really well. Definitely will be coming back to soon.

I have been using this Centrecom Bundoora for over 8+ years now.
Not only are they professional, but Sasha and the whole team of sales and service are all round knowledgeable, and good people.

As a business owner in IT services, I understand the stress of working with and supporting many different types of business. So when I buy a product to sell to a client, I want to know that I am covered if there are issues, and I have always been covered by this store.

The service department at this store not only know what they are doing, but always get it done right. I understand that they get very busy, and so If I need something done quicker, I will book an express job. This may cost more, but I know it will be done in a very timely manner. When I order something, I understand that not all products are in stock all the time, and so I get an ETA and relay that to my clients upfront. I do not assume it will just be available.

I also understand that they are a franchise business, and that they do not get the matching prices as the direct Centrecom owned shops or online.

I would highly recommend this store to any one from a PC buyer to a business needing a reliable supplier.

The reception desk could be more kind and understandable to the seniors. Better to train the non-native speakers to be crystal clear to the clients when problems are explained to the knowledgeble customers. Needs a lot in the area of customer service.
Needs to increase the customer service area so that the customer is not inconvenienced while come for service or purchase.

Been coming here for a few years, mainly for purchases of basic things but also an out-of-warranty repair and parts for a very expensive laptop. Been very happy with the staff and their approach overall. A lot of the advice has been useful, no-nonsense direction from the staff to help me keep things simple. I get why some may be put off with such directedness, but I think it's valuable as a customer that needs a solution to a problem where there are so many potential moving parts. I'll gladly come here for the forseeable future.

Purchased a custom gaming PC and could not have asked for better assistance from Harsh! His experience and knowledge helped me pick out the best rig and his support throughout the whole build was excellent. Centre Com owners, this man is a jet! What ever you pay him isn't enough, double his pay immediately !

Good prompt service with reasonable costs

I bought my pc parts for my first build and recieve them today. They arrived with good packing even though the parts also have foam in them. AUS POST well like allways they make erroenous assumptions about when the package would arrive, for me it came 4 days early TIP: if your buying things online don't read reviews because most people only review when something bad happens.

Dropped in to buy a cable and received excellent customer service. I’ve bought a few items from here over the years and found them to have an excellent range in stock and prices are on the mark. Definitely recommend going there for a simple purchase or a new PC build too.

I had to quickly get some motherboard stand-off screws since the case I ordered for my client came with them missing. Was going to be too much of a hassle dealing with the original store and decided a local store. Called Centrecom Bundoora and spoke to Glen and he said yes they’ve got some and when I asked the price he said not to worry. Calling after 5pm and then finding out open until 6:30pm. A really solid favour considering I didn’t purchase anything from them. Would highly recommend and will try and shop from them more often. Thanks Glen 😊

Highly recommend! Oscar on the phone had been extremely helpful since the day I brought my pc in for repair, always provided great communication with updates and further assistance as well as Mitchell who was helpful providing information on the phone prior to bringing my pc in with solutions.The technician Grant had been really helpful and extremely knowledgeable with providing advice and additional information on my pc. Will definitely be back again!
