Rolling Luggage

Bought a Samsonite laptop backpack with helpful and friendly service from Mel and Zehra. Two thumbs up!

Kirsten helped me fix my luggage quickly and effectively as its lock was broken. She was very helpful and polite.

I was searching for a glasses case after losing mine before a long-haul flight. No shops sell them at the airport. But Indira, who works at Rolling Luggage, gave me her personal glasses case out of the kindness of her heart. The world needs more people like Indira. This public post is just a little something to show my gratitude. Thank you Indira. :)

Lisa and Saba (sorry if I am spelling wrong!) are so lovely. I noticed a broken screw on my luggage handle and was worried it would break in transit. Someone pointed me to their store saying they might have something to help fix it, they really went above and beyond to help me. They tried different screw drivers and Allen keys to get the screw out which was difficult because the screw had bent, and even replaced it with a new screw. While they were helping me they were also helping another woman get a security tag off a dress she had purchased I’m assuming before she even got to the airport, she had the receipt so it wasn’t stolen haha. They tried different tools to cut it off and pry it open without ruining the dress. How nice of these ladies to help people out like that, I wanted to buy them a coffee but they insisted no, they were happy to help. They were enthusiastic the whole time, not a hint of annoyance or pressure to buy something from either of them which as a poor person I really appreciated 😂😂 thank you ladies !!
